Shocking delivery service!! (DX) Apparently the delivery service tried my parcel twice, first time he wasn't at the correct house, second time he didn't even get out of the van! Absolutely shocking (seen the pictures he's taken)

The part did not turn up
The part did not turn up, broken at the couriers i was told , promised a replacement would be arriving 2nd July , still waiting and its the 5th.Paid £5.95 for next day delivery as well.

I needed a replacement for my 18v makita combi drill and I needed it quick. CEF had not only the cheapest price around for the model I wanted by far, but also had the quickest and cheapest delivery time (unfortunately no stock in local store so had to be on line sale).
Very good communication, quickly delivered.
Have to say, I was truly amazed. Putting it in the politest way possible but being honest, in my 20 years in the business I've never seen a decent price from CEF and wouldn't normally even look there.

Placed a order for a portable air…
Placed a order for a portable air conditioning unit three weeks ago was told it would take upto three weeks for product to arrive in store.
I phoned after two weeks for a up date and was told it would be another week.
I phoned again on the third week and was told product has not arrived and that it would not be available.
Three weeks wasted.
Would of liked at least a email to let me know but I had to keep phoning you

On the website it needs to stipulate that buying bare tools will not come in original packaging . *gift purpose* but the main concern was the state it was packed . No protective infill for transport so recieeived the tool scratched and with blemishes.
