We have an account with CEF along with many other trade suppliers. Used the East Kilbride branch. We have always found the staff in this branch to be extremely helpful and they always go the extra mile. We have not experienced this level of service in any other trade supplier.

Asked them to order in two items and I was told you would be better doing it online as it would take two weeks for them to receive them. The attitude of the staff member behind the counter was shocking. I then ordered the parts online and got them next day . I won’t be rushing back to East Kilbride branch.

Ordered a click and collect on Saturday…
Ordered a click and collect on Saturday evening for next day delivery. Phoned on Wednesday, still hadn’t arrived, phoned back on Thursday. The staff got back to me later in the afternoon to say the package had been delivered to the wrong place and they had managed to track it down and collect it.

Order no arriving on time
I ordered something to be delivered to the shop on Friday (needing it for the weekend) and it still hasn’t arrived. I emailed the help desk who forwarded it on to the stores and I have them had no reply from them. Still waiting to know if my order has been delivered.
