visited site today ,bearded gentleman totally unhelpful I wanted to replace a product which was purchased from shop a few years ago . I was told not available as was a cheap brand , ps supplied by one of the most prestigious contractors in durham sneddon and Richardson ltd The man needs a lesson in manners and customer satisfaction he was patronising and rude I must have disturbed him sitting in the office making me wait 10 mins to attending me ,I have my own business my self and would hope any of my customers were treated this way . I can give a totally accurate description of my experience by calling 07854739475 regards David ps product was supplied online at 60 percent of your quote ! makes you realise using your local suppliers can spoil your day whether spending £10 or a thousand a customer should always be shown respect the ceo should look at this and take a professional reaction ! I will be using a different wholesaler in future !
