I'm more than happy with staff at Clacton branch, polite, professional just not impressed with stock levels or online order delivery and communications when it doesn't turn up.

Always helpful and prepared to go the extra mile, having dealt with other Electrical Distributors before it's refreshing - should rename themselves 'Carlsberg' Electrical Factors, seriously we are very happy with the service and support - well done to all the Staff at CEF Clacton!

Had a faulty tubular heater

Had a faulty tubular heater. right from the start all were keen to sort it out for me, both in the Clacton on sea branch and Lenny at customer services.
