Serving customers out of line, casual chats and darts club

Upon my arrival to the store no one was really interested to serve me as a customer. There was no one at the counter but you can see through the open door behind the counter that the people in the office are chatting (nothing to do with work by the sounds of the conversation)
It was particularly annoying that someone was playing darts (other customer in the customer area) shouting to the people in the office the scores and the eventually someone came out from the office to also play some darts.
To my disbelief after around 5-10min waiting another customer walked in and went straight through behind the counter through the doors into the office greeting with everyone to get someone to serve him.
So once the dart tournament ended and the other regular customer got served it was finally my turn.

Unfortunately no one from CEF team contacted me regarding this matter. Once again very disappointing.
