Very slow slow service
Very slow delivery. I ordered a Dewalt hammer driver on Friday 13th seven days later it has still not arrived. Paid very expensive postage twice the price of parcel force. Have phoned 3 times and given all sorts of excuses such as holiday in Northern Ireland Monday & Tuesday. First time I ever heard that transport company’s take st Patrick’s day. Very disappointing in there service

Needed 5 solar panels
Needed 5 solar panels. They advertise that they sell them. Emailed and they said contact local branch, Ravenhill rd belfast. Rang them but they were annoyed that head office said for me to call them. They said they would check pricing although it seemed like I was asking for some odd weird thing and they made a real chore of it. They were to get back to me with a price.I wasn't surprised when I didn't a response back.

Useless
As if it wasn't bad enough that cef is hands down the most expensive wholesalers I'm the electrical industry, they are constantly emailing me for a review for an item which DIDNT ARRIVE and absoluley no contact from them. Horrendous service as usual, thought buying online might be easier than facing the painfully under-trained staff, but I was wrong.
