Support chat closed while I was still typing the ticket number. When I reopened it, the new representative asked for the same screenshots from the beginning. That was the point where it started getting irritating.

Search found Reactoonz, but the provider filter removed it from the same results page. I thought I had misread it until I tried on laptop.

after login, Transaction page showed it clearly: KYC upload timed out using hotel Wi-Fi from a tablet and no file was saved. KYC status hid the failed payment note with £94 involved.
