I ordered a men’s overcoat from Cecole, but the item I received was not as described. The material and quality were significantly different from what was shown on the website.
At the time of purchase, their website clearly stated a 30-day return policy with free return shipping. However, when I contacted them, they refused to provide a prepaid return label and instead offered only a partial refund.
When I followed up and asked them to honor their stated policy, I later noticed that the return policy on their website had been changed.
Since no proper return solution was provided, I had to file a chargeback through my bank.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I would recommend taking screenshots of policies before purchasing.

After 10 emails, pics sent in, this company shipped me a linen XL dress shirt that was supposed to have a bust of 46.5” it had 38”. The website says full refund if they make the mistake. Well, that’s a lie.
It escalated to whomever in China and what’s there resolution? Sending me ANOTHER shirt. I insisted on a refund so many times as per their site and I’ve already replaced it. Thank god it fit my sons best friend. This is a brutal company DO NOT order from them such a huge risk.

My experience with Cecile is very bad. The quality is trash. They are literally scamming people. Don’t recommend them.
