Great support, got my key instantly, the live chat support was helpful, I managed to update from windows 11 home to pro with ease.
Thanks again

Company sells Microsoft Office products where they own the product license and sell you a seat on the license. In my case, I purchased the lifetime Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus For 5 Devices and I immediately setup the account only to realize, I didn't actually own the license and my data could disappear overnight. They said I coudl change the password and setup dual authentication but that doesn't change the fact that my relationship is controlled and managed by someone other than Microsoft. I also believe it is a violation of Microsoft's terms and conditions.

I immediately requested a refund, which they granted a partial refund initially. They tried to hold some back as a license reset fee until I pushed back because as soon as I setup the account and realized that it wasn't a legitimate account ownership, I asked for a refund.

Unfortunately, a questionable purchase was made on the card used to make this purchase which was a brand new number issued and has only been used to make this purchase.

Proof of purchase was provided to Trustpilot to make this a verified purchase. Business will harrass you and make unwarranted threats which is outside of a professional business. Buyer beware!

Great transaction no pressure sales Moe helped me all the way through the process and made sure it worked !!! I recommend this company for all your software purchases!!

They were fast to respond after I had an issue where my Old office Key was still being saved and it wasn't updating to the new 2021 office pro I had purchased. They sent me a tutorial that took me through all the steps and had it fixed in 10 minutes after trying myself for hours. Great Product, and an unbeatable Price, I would highly recommend

Great communication and fast service. Thank You

After getting office 365 license which worked perfectly i asked them fo help me through the installation and activation, and they helped me and i asked for a discount for another product and they gave me the discount. i never had experience with them before i found them on google but it's a great deal and good after sales team

Excellent price and good after-sales support & advice in answering my 3 questions. They could have just sent how-to-upload in 3 simple steps, rather than 3 different e-mails, but at least he replied quickly.

Didn't send the office & Key straight away as I ordered it during the night, but that's fine.

Got there in the end. Would recommend.

I bought a Microsoft 365 key it worked. I know one day they gonna unplug, and it will not work but still better than the 99$ annual family plan. If I can use more than one year. Thanks. By the way, don't try the discount code doesn't work anymore.

well i have a good experience so fare, the support was helpful, I get the license instantly and have some problems because i hade an old office version before and the support help me delete it and install the new version thank a lot.

I have purchased a windows 11 pro license, the key works fine and the agent help me a lot.
I will purchase again for sure.

I purchased a Windows 10 Home activation key for $15. It did not work. I got scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Excellent experience with almost instant email after payment on how to login, install, and put Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus For 5 Devices with 5TB of cloud storage for lifetime functional on my computer. Plus, I used their discount code for an extra 10% off the already low price!!! It works perfectly and I am very impressed. I would recommend this legitimate site to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you Cdkeys.io for a great experience ;-)

Initially had an issue, but support contacted me and fixed it immediately. Windows license key was successfully activated and is genuine.

Great value and fast response. Will definitely recommend to others.

I am giving one star because there is no below than that. If I would have choice then I would have given negative stars as well.

This is a fraud. My mother purchase Office 365 for our wedding picture storage without asking me and gave access to our photographer. Photographer did his job by posting everything on OneDrive purchased by cdkeys.io. Now after 17 days, Onedrive is giving me "Access Denier :This page has been blocked as it violates the Acceptable Use Policy located in the Terms of Use. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact our Support team using M365 Admin Center for further assistance." ERROR

I have reached out to Microsoft and they said since we bought it from third party then cdkeys.io is the admin of the onedrive and they can give us access.

When I reached out to Cdkeys.io they told me that I violated some terms and condition therefore this account is locked. I told them to check every single picture in Onedrive and give me one picture which violated the terms. But in reply they told me to go to microsoft. I mean like what the hell? You just tell me that I might have violated some terms but just check and tell me which one I violated? and they dont have answer for that.

One the top, I got information from Microsoft about how this might be resolve but this people just does not want to help at all. I told an agent to follow the steps or just me admin permission but he is like 'NO'.
This is ridiculous if you can not help customer with their problem then STOP YOUR BUSINESS

I mean if you are giving lifetime storage and I am paying for that then what is this BS? Wedding happens once in lifetime and they cant even retrieve the images. Even thought after this I went back to Microsoft and they provide me steps to retrieve images but this people does not want to do S***. They will keep on crying about loosing 50k dollars for OneDrive and doing fraud for this. This is just endless loop where cdkeys.io will tell you to go to Microsoft and Microsoft will tell you to go to cdkeys.
Cdkeys does not want to take responsibility since we paid to them so its their duty to fix the problem and get me my pictures back.

SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HERE.

So easy to download and activate, even for someone who is not tech savvy. Just download and use the key. Genuine, safe, economical.

Amazing customer service
Very responsive
