I m about to complete my CDA credential online class, and I truly want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my instructor SHELBY. She was firm, but in a way that helped me stay focused and grow, and I now understand how important that structure was for my learning.

What touched me most was her patience. There were moments when I struggled to understand my assignments and felt overwhelmed, but she never made me feel discouraged. Instead, she guided me with kindness and took the time to help me improve step by step. Her support gave me confidence when I needed it most.

I will always appreciate her dedication and the positive impact she had on my journey. She made a difficult process feel achievable, and I am genuinely thankful for her.

I’ve emailed every contact provided with proper proof , explaining the severity of my situation, and have received no further response seems like many people have this issue and a class action suit should be started against them. This business is operating fraudulently and should be investigated. Stay far, far away —as I gave proper notice and have not paid or started the course, nor should I be required to. They always jut respond please email etc which i have they don’t answer and the phone number doesn’t work.

I’m honestly heartbroken and disgusted by how this company has treated me. I’ve reached out numerous times to cancel my class before it even began — my first payment isn’t even due yet. I was recently diagnosed with a serious illness that affects my mobility and immune system, forcing me to leave my job working with children.

I wasn’t asking for a refund, just to cancel before it started. Instead, the instructor was rude and completely lacking compassion. When I emailed the committee, they told me I still have to pay for a class I never even began. I asked to speak to someone higher up and got nowhere. The phone number doesn’t even work!

This whole experience has been stressful, upsetting, and just plain wrong. A company that claims to support education should treat people with empathy and respect — not take advantage of them during their hardest moment!!!

Below is how they handle emails unfortunately they just send you in a circle. It’s pretty disgusting and suspicious that I’m ineligible when i haven’t even paid for the course yet and I’m dealing with serious health issues they should have said no problem and canceled the course as I haven’t even started the course yet. All they said was take the course when simply can not they don’t even read the emails it seems they just give generic responses.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the CDAClass.org program, finding it to be an excellent resource for advancing my knowledge in early childhood education. The program's flexibility has been a blessing, given my demanding schedule. I appreciate the inclusive nature of the forum and the clarity of the textbook, which makes learning enjoyable. Shelby's guidance and patience have been instrumental in my success."

My Child Development Associate instructor Ms.Shelby has been knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my success. They explained child development concepts clearly and connected coursework to real-life early childhood experiences, which made the material easier to understand and apply. The instructor Ms.shelby created a positive learning environment where questions were encouraged and feedback was constructive. Their guidance helped strengthen my confidence, professionalism, and understanding of developmentally appropriate practices. I truly appreciate their patience, encouragement, and dedication to preparing students for careers in early childhood education.

As a preschool busy teacher and Mom, I decided to take my CDA certification, and this is the right place to do it. I finished all my classes and I do it on my own pace, My instructor Shelby, resolved all my questions and helped me with my homework, very easy to navigate and right now just study for the Big test and that's it.
