I hate spam
I hate spam. I bought something a few months ago and made sure I ticked the no sales emails.
But they spammed me anyway!
I clicked the unsubscribe link in the email - but that doesn't work - just goes to their home page.
Why do companies think spamming customers who said no to spam think its a good idea!
I've attempted to contact their customer support to be taken off their spam list.
Given their poor privacy record I hate to think how many other spammers they passed my details to!

After looking into this, it seems you received one of our post-purchase discount emails — a small thank-you we sometimes send to customers after they place an order. In your case, your opt-out preference wasn’t properly respected, and we take full responsibility for that.
We’ve now reviewed and corrected the process to ensure marketing preferences are fully honoured for existing customers going forward. I’d also like to reassure you that we take privacy very seriously and never sell or share customer data with third parties.

Brilliant experience with my first time purchase from CCK Tech. I reached out via phone and spoke to a super helpful chap who emailed me back within minutes with the up to date info on my query. I placed the order on Thursday night, and received it on Saturday. Cannot recommend them enough based on my first purchase, and I will definitely return! Thanks CCK!

Excellent experience
I contacted CCK Tech to enquire about a product and exchanged a few emails with John Bradley. He answered all my questions and I ended up buying the product. The emails were quickly answered and the service received was excellent.

The people who work in this company are clearly on performance enhancing drugs!
I ordered a disk drive at 3:45pm - 45 minutes after their next day cut off ordering time of 3pm.
Yet by 4:15pm it was already heading on to a DPD truck and arrive promptly next day!
Prices are also good.
Amazing service and reasonable prices - what's not to like!

Superfast SSD
I found ccktech a few years back looking for specialist storage solutions. After ordering a 4TB SSD, will be hoping to order more in future from the guys here. It arrived the very next day and have also helped me with quotes for my new office space. Offering advice on 5K screens and sourcing Apple stock. Will definitely have John saved in my e-mails for IT help.

High-quality hardware, great service
This was my first time shopping here, I was looking for a piece of hardware I couldn't easily find in other stores in the UK. The price was much better than anywhere else and the product shipped fast, from the UK, so I didn't need to pay extra customs. Overall, a great experience.
