I really like how CB Plumbing and Heating Services listened to exactly what I wanted. There was no upselling and the benefits of the various options were carefully explained before I made my decision.
There was minimum waiting time for the installation date.
The boiler was fitted quickly, neatly and effortlessly by Liam who was at all times polite and professional. He took great care to make sure that I had all the information that I needed before he finished.
All waste materials were uplifted as soon as the boiler was installed.
I would not hesitate to recommend CB Plumbing and Heating Services based on the outstanding service that I received.

Really impressed with the professionalism quality, from the first phonecall with Martin, to meeting Neil and discussing my options, then Liam the engineer, again very polite, professional and didn't mind spending time explaining things and just having a general chit chat.. Well definitely be recommending CB to family friends and anyone who is looking for boiler/plumbing works done... Very pleasant and polite throughout the whole process from all members of the team that I dealt with.. Thank you again

Amazing service start to finish! From Martyn in the office to the installers. Nothing was a hassle. Excellent installation, no problems & tidy workmanship. Couldn't recommend CB anymore!

Excellent service from start to finish. First class job.

Would highly recommend CB heating. Massive difference in how quick the radiators and water heats up. The hive is great for having the house warmed up before coming home. Already noticed a difference in how much I'm spending on gas for the good. Liam installed the boiler and I even got some sleep after a 13 hour shift. All materials taken away. Great stuff....5/5

Martin sold me on flexibility, reliability, and convenience of ‘local’ supplier with their own fitters (not irresponsible subbies). He was right. John fitted new boiler in one day with no fuss or mess. Great value installation. Thanks guys.

My experience with CB services was excellent from start to finish. They were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful from my first phone call. The next day I had someone out to look at my boiler and the decision was to replace. This was then done the next week - such a quick service! The day of fitting couldn’t have went better, arriving promptly and replacing with no problems at all, no mess left behind either. I can’t recommend then highly enough and would definitely use again in future.

Would not hesitate to recommend CB from start to finish excellent experience, just had new radiators fitted by John very polite and obviously great at his job, kept fully informed and polite really good guy thanx to all involved delighted with radiators much better performance than the old ones. Thanx again guys.
