Work was neat
Conrols Well explained

Absolutely delighted with this company. They have just fitted a new boiler in our house. Arrived on time, placed floor protection throughout, from the hallway to where the boiler was being fitted, then vacuumed after job completed. Very neat work and controls explained. They are now handling the warranty and will send it on.

The new boiler was installed and set to work both professionally and quickly.
Shaun was extremely helpful and worked continuously from the time he arrived until the new boiler was installed and operating satisfactorily on all radiators.
He didn’t even stop for a coffee break!
We are delighted with the new boiler and its excellent installation.

I highly recommend using CB Plumbing and Heating Services. Calvin was quick to get Sean out to assess my old boiler and present the options; with a quick turnaround to install the new boiler shortly after at a very competitive price. The installation was completed promptly and Sean explained everything perfectly. A professional service from start to finish.

I want to give a huge thanks to CB Plumbing. Firstly, for taking the time to talk over my options with regards to a new boiler and, secondly, for the great work Sean did installing it. Not only did he do he a very neat and tidy job, keeping me informed every step of the way and asking where I wanted the filter and controls placed, he also left the house clean and tidy too.

Really good company to deal with very fast instillation of my new boiler ordered on Wednesday and fitted on Saturday also repaired a existing problem with a leaking pipe will definitely recommend to family and friends

CB Plumbing has been a great find for me. Calvin who came to give me a quote and discuss different boilers was very professional and easy to talk to. There was no pressure to go for “the most expensive option” just clear information which helped me decide which boiler I chose.

On installation day SEAN arrived promptly at 0800 and worked hard all day keeping me up to date with progress. At the end of the day he left the house tidy ready to finish the job the next day. At the end of the installation my house was cleared of all debris and left tidy. I would highly recommend CB Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again.

THANKS Calvin and especially SEAN for great service and a job well done

Fantastic company.
Calvin came to my house on the Thursday to quote for a new boiler the day after i called. He scheduled me in for the following Monday for the work to be done. I had a call on the Friday with a polite request to postpone the work to the following Wednesday as they had an 80 year old woman with no heating desperate to have her boiler fixed. I was impressed that they seemed very caring and compassionate and as i had hesting i was happy to wait. They offered me a free servive because of my wait.
The guys came yesterday. Polite and friendly.
They didn't stop untill the job was done and left mu house clean and tidy. I had a space where a radiator had been removed and Calvin offered to teplace this at no extra charge.
The nicest touch was one of the engineers noticed my garden gate was broken and he fixed it! How lovely.
Customer service's are great and keen to help.
A very nice experience.
I would highly recomend this company.

Calvin came to my house and went through different boiler options with me and gave me a quote. I then done some independent research and spoke with a friend who is a gas engineer and everything Calvin said was accurate.

I went with the Valliant option and the Hive controls. Two engineers came to my house when asked and carried out the job efficiently and very professionally. This was not a simple replacement. My boiler was moved from my kitchen into an adjacent cupboard in the living room.

Martin in the office contacted me on a few occasions to make sure everything was okay with the job and that the engineers explained everything to me.

Overall I'm very happy I went with CB Plumbing as they were first to visit the house for the quote and also done the job within a few days where as two other companies were not as fast.

I would highly recommend and I will be using them to service the boiler when needed.

Calvin came out went into detail of the boilers i went with the Vaillant. Calvin answered any questions gave me a quote and within few days I had David out to fit the boiler and changed the pipework. Fantastic service would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service once again from Calvin at CB Plumbing and Heating Services.
I recommended Calvin to my mother who was looking to replace combi boiler. Calvin provided detailed quotation and within a matter of days boiler was installed along with replacement pipe work.
A big thank you to Gary for all his hard work on the day.

Calvin gave us a detailed description of the new system and it was installed with minimal fuss by the gas fitter Davie .

Great, efficient company to deal with. I live abroad and the communication with Calvin to install a new boiler was fantastic!! Text him on Monday night and new boiler was installed on Thursday morning. Highly recommend Calvin and his team.

From the very start of our association with CB plumbing and Heating we realised Calvin was an honest person. The inspection of the property was thorough and we were advised on options he considered the best solution for us. I am a process engineer and was impressed. Other companies failed to address my questions properly. Calvin at CB did so. I am glad he did the inspection
The removal of my old boiler and tank was difficult but completed with the minimum of damage which was immediately repaired.
The instalation was carried out carefully and finished off well. The external wall hole fill completed.
The flush and cleaning of my CH system pipework was efficiently carried out with no concerns. A clean system now.
The commisìoning of the boiler, HW and CH went smoothly and setting up of my Hive was completed for me thankfully. The interaction with Hive call centre is not at all easy.
On completion the rooms which had been affected and sheeted were tidied and vacuum to remove any dust. The house was left as before the work started.
My boiler works well, as described by CB and has made a big difference to our HW system and heating.
I am glad I got CB Plumbing and Heating as the output suggested by other companies would not have been adequate (they insisted it would).

I recommend CB Plumbing and Heating. An impressive team.

What a fantastic company. Calvin fitted me in at very short notice 2 days as my wife was coming out of hospital after a 10.5 hour operation and needed heat that day. Nathan and Stewart did a fantastic job they were so professional, polite and very courteous and genuine guys. They helped me put the carpet back down and lift one half of a king size bed back onto the floor as it was too heavy for me. All the time they were in they let me watch them at work as i was curious how thing were done, explained everything they were doing if i asked a question. I could not praise Calvin, Nathan and Stewart highly enough. They also explained how to operate the boiler and thermostat fully. They also set the thermostat for the temperature and time that i required for me. I was also told to phone anytime if i had any question. This is the best service i had from a company in years. You can not go wrong using this company. 5 star.

Quick turnaround after a quote from Calvin, professional from the outset and throughout. Job was completed quickly and with good workmanship, with everything I need to know explained clearly. Good price for my area, warranty and service terms. Confident I made the right choice - what more can you ask for? Thanks again Calvin and the guys from CB Plumbing

Very professional service… Calvin took time to discuss/explain requirements for our boiler replacement, provided a number of boiler options (at very competitive quotes) with excellent timescale for completing works.
Stuart and Nathan fitted the boiler (very tidy) and took time to explain operations/manual.
Boiler was fitted within 2 days of receiving the initial quote. All in all an excellent service. I would have no hesitation in recommending CB Plumbing and Heating Services or using their services again.

I would highly recommend CB Pluming and Heating Services for any work required. Calvin gave all the information required during my home visit quote and was on hand to answer any questions I had afterwards.
The quote for the work was competitive and reasonable. The materials used are good quality and have a workmanship guarantee.
I had an entire gas and heating system fitted. The guys carrying out the work were great, especially Gary who worked non stop to get the job done as quickly as possible.
Communication throughout was brilliant, work is excellent and minimal disturbance to my house throughout and after the work was complete.
Glad I chose CB Plumbing and Heating to do the job.

New Boiler

I would definitely recommend CB Plumbing and Heating services. Calvin explained everything thoroughly and talked through the different boiler options available. The work was carried out quickly and it was very reasonably priced. Thank you

Would recommend CB Plumbing and Heating Services Calvin put in a very long day with a few problems cropping up but he didn't falter and went the extra mile before leaving to ensure I had my combi boiler fitted and Heating working. Would certainly use again. Thanks guys.
