We can see you placed your order on the 9th after 1pm, therefore your order was due for dispatch on the 10th Thursday. Your order was dispatched on time with your selected shipping method (FREE Tracked 48), which is usually delivered in 2 working days.
The second working day is today 14th Mon as the weekend is not considered to be working days. So it is expected you will received your order today.
Should you not receive your order by end of day today, please reach out to us. We know Royal Mail tracking website is down, however we can contact them to trace your package should there be a delay by them.

We can see the order was delivered within 2 working days as was expected. It is unfortunate the weekend came in between, but there were no delays from our packaging team nor Royal Mail. Enjoy your order.

Could you kindly email us with details/photos i.e. was the internal packaging unsealed? Was the rubber plug not on the device? Or was it the outer box that was in a bad condition.
