10/10 Highly recommend
Great service, highly recommend. Had an order that took a bit longer than usual was starting to get worried but then received an email to say it was on its way. Most companies will have there good weeks and bad so I can't fault them if it's a couple days late. They make up for it with the quality of the Bud!

Terrible customer service...
Item ordered over a week ago, was told it'd be here within 3 working days. I have messaged customer service a number of times and was only responded to after leaving a negative review on this site. Usually products will arrive, but if you have issues with your product arriving, the customer service department is non existent and offer you zero information about your product and it's expected date of arrival (they have since sent me a tracking number). I have since had contact with their customer service who informed me that I was "making false claims" about the lack of service I have received and that I "shouldnt be so impatient" when a 3 day delivery (which usually comes next day) is delayed for over a week. No apology whatsoever. Absolutely shocking customer service, one of the worst experiences of my life in retail...
Edit: further correspondence from this company's customer service representative has seen them refer to me as "ignorant" for leaving a negative review of their company, despite the fact I have been honest and fair in my criticisms.

Please not for all customers reading:
Danny ordered from us on Monday the 13th July which is a bank holiday here where we are based in Belfast, there fore Danny's order was posted on Tues 14th July with Royal mail 1st class post.
Danny then emailed us on Friday 17th July at 12.26 PM (our peak working hours) and we responded to his enquiry on Friday 17th July 12.41pm wit ha detailed explanation regarding the bank holiday etc.. just over 20 minutes after his enquiry.
Shortly after that, at 12.45pm Friday 17th July we get an email from trustpilot as someone has left us a review, and its Danny, (he hasn't checked his emails at this point we assume) and were thankful that this turned out to be true when we noticed Danny had removed his review.
Now we are only 2 Working days further from the last time we spoke to Danny, and we are receiving more negative reviews and mor emails regarding the same order, which once again we have responded too within 30 minutes, only for Danny to leave yet another negative and completely false review.
So we ask you all kindly to refrain from leaving false reviews on here based on false experiences, as it does not reflect our service at all and instead will only reflect our own impatience in cases like this.

Bud cbd has done me proud, I’m so impressed with this company, had a slight issue so messaged them & within 5 mins they replyed to me & couldn’t do Enough to help me, so communications is 100% they care so much they actually done more than I wanted, I almost feel like they have helped me out like family the products they sell in by far the best quality I have found, I’ve been so happy with my orders with next day delivery before 1pm the packaging is perfect, the cbd is perfect, I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS, 10/10 EXCELLENCE
