I ordered 2 long sleeve shirts and a pair of slacks/joggers from this brand. Price was slightly higher than I normally go for, however the designs were fantastic, so I took the plunge. Couldn't be happier with the result. Not only are the designs vibrant and original, but the quality of fabric was fantastic. Comfiest long sleeve shirts I own.

The slacks are a little less impressive quality-wise, but the design is still fantastic and I wear them regularly with no issue. All in all, very comfy, very cool designs, big fan of the brand. Have ordered a couple more long sleeve shirts for my Christmas.

I've ordered several shirts over the past few years. Every shirt has been good quality and held up well. There have been minor shipping issues in the past, but the most recent purchase, from payment to delivery, took three days. Ordered on a Wednesday, delivered on that Saturday. I know that customer experience varies, but my experiences have been far more positive than negative.

Not surprised in the slightest by all the negative reviews. Just goes to show they don't care in the slightest.

I was shocked to see so many negative reviews on here. I ordered 2 shirts (1-pre-ordered). Shipped out the morning the pre-order dropped and got delivered only 3 days later. The shirt/print quality is fantastic, zero complaints from me. Will definitely be returning!

This is a diabolical company which produces shirts that are trash. I contacted them three times to tell them my shirt was damaged and had a hole in it, but they ignored my messages. So I'll stay with the thousands of other better companies that there are out there that treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

I found out about this company about 7 years ago. With it being a locally company with great artwork I stopped buying shirts from other companies and bought primarily from cc. Recently we had bought some shirts from the buy or die sale. They went past their estimated delivery time by months. After I wore the shirt a month later I found a hole in the back. With the price of the shirts now I reached out. I reached out about 4 times I finally gave up, but noticed they sent replacement. At that point they had secured me even more as a buyer. Well, I get the shirt and check the back of the neck and it's worse. I reached out with no response so a replacement that's even more Flawed was pointless. We then took a look at my wife's buy or die shirt and notice it has a piece of an old tag in it. So in my opinion, I think they're buying cheap shirts now, butchering the tags out, printing their name in it and printing their print on it. Charging more money and provided less quality. They lost our business plus several friends of mine.

We have been purchasing shirts from them for years. We purchased 2 shirts back in October for a Buy or Die special and it said 2-3 weeks turnover. We received them in January which wasn't a huge deal.

The problem is the first time my husband wore his shirt We found a hole on the back of the neck seam where it looks like they caused it by tearing off a neck tag.

He wrote to them and heard back a few weeks later, they tried to make it right by sending out a replacement. We received the replacement within a week and the new one has 2 holes in the same spot

I also noticed a rip on the seam of my shirt in the same spot.

He reached out to them again and so far crickets.

It used to be a great company with high quality shirts but that ship has sailed. I would advise anyone who purchased a shirt from them to check the back neck seam for damage.

i love the quality of their products. i got a shirt and it is so cool and comfortable! the shirt is glow in the dark and the glow in the dark part looks really good and it’s bright!
the customer service team for this company is AMAZING!!! they are super quick responders and awesome problem solvers. i will 100% be ordering from this company again!
i wish they had reviews on their website so i could hype them up there. if you see something you want from them, get it!!! you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered shirt on December 1. It was a 2-3 week wait style shirt. 3 weeks went by and no shirt. I went to website to find message that they will be closed from December 20 through January 10 for the holidays. That’s fine but I never received any email stating shirt will be late.

I emailed them January 12 and was told something about the ink ran out?? Again, no big deal but again, no one bothered to message me. Finally, February 20 came around and still no shirt. I canceled order through my credit card at this time.

If they only print so many shirts at one time and need specific number of orders, then they should have a meter next to shirt description to let consumers know how many more orders needed to commence a print of shirt.

I would never order anything from this company. Bad customer service. God knows what happens if shirt not up to your satisfaction and you might need to send back.

I placed a LARGE order 12/31/24. The order did contain a pre-order item, so I knew it could take a few weeks to ship. The order confirmation email said at the latest 1/31/25. That date came and went. I checked my email, the website, my spam folder, NOTHING. I sent MULTIPLE messages to customer service all week. I've never received any response. Now I'll be doing a charge back even though I just wanted my items. They charged me a few HUNDRED dollars (large order) back in December, but can't even answer a message about what's going on? I don't think so.

I ordered a Krampus shirt November 30, 2024. The shirt was a pre-order and was supposed to ship out within 2-3 weeks of ordering. I email them right before Christmas to get an update on delivery since it was over the 2-3 weeks, only to get a stock email back saying they are on Christmas break until January 6th. I wait until January 6, email them again and finally get a reply days later. They tell me that the printer broke or something like that, so they are behind on those shirts. They said they will get them out soon. Apparently the printer broke at some point before they went on Christmas vacation. I told them they should have informed people that were waiting for their orders, and they agreed they should have. Maybe a week or more goes by and I email AGAIN asking about the status of the shirt I paid for in November. They email back saying they will not charge me for the shirt but they will still keep the order active and still send me the shirt for the inconvenience and the shirt will ship out soon. I have to email them back and let them know they already charged me back in November ! They provide the refund and assure me that my order is high priority and the shirt will still ship. I thank them and wait some more. I email them at the end of January checking on the status since I just also ordered a pre-order pair of sweatpants from them AFTER this whole mess. I received an email stating that the shirt will be mailed by the end of last week. It is now Thursday night and it did not ship last week. I emailed them a dew times since then, only to be completely ignored by this company ! I never asked for a refund, I ONLY WANTED THE DAMN SHIRT I ORDERD 2 MONTHS AGO!!! I even asked if I need to just reorder this and pay again so I can get the shirt, only to be ignored!! This company has lied to me again and again, given me the run around again and again and now is completely ignoring my emails in attempt to just get the shirt I want and ordered! I would just reorder the damn shirt but am afraid this exact thing would happen again! NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT A PAYING CUSTOMER CAVITY COLORS!! I hand been lied to again and again and ignored by this company 😡

Ho acquistato tre magliette sul loro sito, la grafica è bellissima ma ho riscontrato problemi con la qualità del tessuto. Una delle tre si è scucita dopo due settimane nonostante abbia fatto sempre lavaggi delicati a freddo. Purtroppo nonostante sia scritto sul sito che le maglie sono 100% cotone sono di qualità pessima. Peccato perché la grafica è top,basterebbe semplicemente investire maggiormente sulla qualità delle t-shirt. Non prenderò più capi da loro nonostante sia innamorato delle loro grafiche. Peccato!

Order shipped quickly and shirts look great. Highly recommend.

You have to go through the website to get approval for a return. I didn’t like the quality and fit of a shirt and they declined the refund. The told me it was because it was print on demand despite me not ordering that because I didn’t want to wait the month to get it. Most shirts take about 3 weeks to a month to ship now. You can buy a 2x and it will fit different everytime you buy a 2x shirt, the company will decline any errors on their behalf.

Great store to shop for horror clothing! Sweatpants and tie dyes are always great but their regular clothing outside of those two items use a weird manufacturer where the t-shirts all come in way too hollow, loose, small and tight. Easy to stretch by accident. Their regular print t-shirts also make me feel fat lol.

Their designs always consist of a detailed print on the front, their hoodies always have a small logo in the front while the design is on the back, their tie dyes are always creative, and sweatpants never miss. Not sure why all of this is ALWAYS black.

CavityColors HEAVILY benefit from changing manufacturers. Due to that, I haven't purchased from them in over a year even if they release anything of interest. Because I know anything besides the tie dyes or sweatpants will all be garbage material. Maybe something significantly better like ComfortColors would be leaps bounds of an improvement.

Great designs, inconsistent sizes and use of materials. T-shirts are unpredictable whether you’re going to get a size that fits you or not do not buy from cavity colors. Absolutely atrocious customer service that just constantly deny they have a sizing issue. Half the shirts I have purchased from them say they are large but fit like a medium and they tell me they should all be the same when clearly they are not.

Excellent artwork and screen printing quality. Poor customer service. Poor communication.

I ordered 5 shirts from there and I never received them. They had a deal going on and I got 5 shirts for like $20. Few months pass, I stumbled upon their Facebook page. I sent them a message on messenger and they told me to send them the order number from when I ordered my shirts. I sent them the number as well as a screenshot of the confirmation email I received when I ordered them. They left me on read and randomly deleted their account. So now when I go back to my messages with them it shows up as “Facebook User” with the default photo and I’m unable to message them. The designs are incredible and super cool but I’d never order from them again and it’s suspicious how they randomly got rid of their account when all I wanted was them to see they missed an order and just wanted my money’s worth of shirts.

Takes forever to ship, if you reach out asking for an update the dude in charge, who I guess does all the customer service somehow, is super snarky and a real AH. No answers, two weeks to ship, terrible quality.

I used them once and they let me down. The quality of the T-shirt was trash. Excellent designs executed by a poor company with zero understanding of good customer service. They could learn a lot from Fright Rags.
