Caversham Moves Ltd Omdömen

CAVERSHAM Moves made our moving first into store and then to our property very easy took all the stress of moving highly recommend this company for their staff and professional expertise thank you very much 5 star experience

Caversham Moves provided a seamless service, from packing up all our belongings to getting us settled in our new home. Moving home is supposed to be stressful, but they managed to remove all of the stress for us.

Truly great service, professional, friendly and took the time to get to know our requirements. Packed up the house very efficiently and made the whole process super smooth. Went above and beyond to come back after move day to plumb in my washing machine once I got an extra part saving me hassle and money. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing team! Professional, efficient, adaptable, knowledgeable, logical and so so kind! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They listened to our concerns and thoughts both before the move and during, applied their years of experience and made it all happen - 100% stress free. Will be recommending to everyone.

Caversham Moves were brilliant. Working like trojans on very hot summers day. All staff very friendly and hard working. 100% recommend the Full packing service. 10/10

Absolutely top notch from start to finish. Jack and crew work extremely hard from packing, loading to unloading.

A lot of care and attention given to wrapping and packing fragile items and really sensible loading o the vehicles. Highly recommended!!

From the very outset to the actual move day Caversham Moves excelled. Josh and his team are so professional, friendly, caring and understanding. They took the stress out of the whole 2 days from providing all the packing, loading and unloading. Could not be more happier!

The chaps were very careful, diligent and polite. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Josh, Jason and the team, they were outstanding from start to finish and made the whole experience virtually stress free. We’re not expecting to move again, but if we do we will certainly be using them again.

On time, professional, helpful, friendly and managed to get furniture upstairs that we never thought would fit! Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish, team were friendly, helpful and very efficient.
I would definitely recommend them.

Great bunch of guys, professional, reliable and friendly - from the office staff to the removal men. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t have been any better. Made a stressful day relaxing. Lovely guys where nothing was too much trouble.

Incredibly efficient from the initial viewing to price, right up until the box collection. Really friendly team who were all charming and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a smoother move (even in torrential rain!)

Simply superb! We had read a lot that physically moving house was the stressful bit but Caversham Moves made it a pleasure. From initial quotation with Jason, to moving day itself with Josh and his team, I cannot recommend them enough. Polite, careful, professional and efficient. I cannot give high enough praise - use them!

The moving day team were excellent. They arrived on time, were well organised and accommodated all our requests.

Moving is always an unpleasant experience but having the Caversham team work with us made it a lot more tolerable.

Caversham Moves will ruin you for all other removal companies. Josh came over to give us an initial quote and was extremely friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. We then had a team consisting of Jack, Miles and Paul help us move and they were brilliant. They arrived punctually, again were very friendly and professional and they got to work straight away. The whole process was so easy - it took all the normal stress that comes with moving off our shoulders. Nothing seemed to be too big an ask for them and they kept checking in throughout the whole process. I have already recommended Caversham Moves to everyone I know and will be using them for every move we do from here on out! There are no bad words to say about this company. If you're moving, definitely use them!

I am so pleased we hired Caversham Moves. I felt that they were such an important part of our moving day - we made a great team. They were so careful with our things, understood it was an emotional day and just took away so much stress. I cannot recommend them enough, was money INCREDIBLY well spent. Thank you so much team for being part of our day!

Very professional service. Careful and extremely helpful. Went very smoothly and nothing got broke !

I cannot recommend Caversham
Moves highly enough. They moved us last week and every aspect of the transaction was beyond our expectation. Not only did they rescue us from a tricky situation but they did so with such professionalism and grace that a potentially stressful process was not only seamless but fun. The team were amazing and they accommodated some variants to the brief with willingness and charm. On the practical side they were brilliant; they transported all of multitude of stuff without complaint and with zero breakages. But it was in the personnel side that they really excelled. Every member of the team was a joy to work with. They were professional and pleasant and as helpful as helpful can be. If you want to take the stress and the strain out of a move, then I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Efficient, courteous and most importantly kind. We cannot thank them or indeed praise them enough.
