Please can you issue my refund for Order #8199. Sent in over a week ago now. Thanks
Svar från cavernmenswear.com
Hi, we do not have an order number 8199 , is this for Cavern Corner? We keep getting mixed up with this other shop.
Sent items back, no communication or refund given - avoid this place, will also be reporting it to trading standards

Hi, please advise your order number as I can't see anything with your name or any emails from you?
Are you sure your order was from CAVERN MENSWEAR and not CAVERN CORNER as we are getting mixed up with cavern corner a lot?
Ordered 3 things from the site around 4 weeks ago now. 3 days after ordering I was called by an unknown number (One of the team) to say that they no longer have 2 of the products in my size but will send out alternative to replace them which I was happy with. I mentioned I was going away so needed the items in time. The items arrived and I was happy with one item that I ordered. All of the other things I wanted to send back (which I never ordered). I sent over an email to the team on the given email and they responded after 48 hours. Unfortunately the Information they gave wasn't clear so I followed up 7 days later to ask for more info ( After my holiday ) They then responded after 14 days of my order being sent to me to say I was no longer Entitled to a refund and wasn't able to send the items back. So now I'm stuck with £100 worth of items which i never ordered in the first place! Please Beware of this company!!!

Hi Jake, you have us confused with another retailer called Cavern Corner. We have no record of an order with you on our website. Could you please consider taking down your review as it does have an impact on our business.
Thanks

Sent me the complete wrong order and won’t reply to my emails

Hi Jordan, apologies for the late reply. We have only just begun using this review platform. We don't have any record of communication from yourself, however we do have a shop number that is active 7 days a week. Please give us a call at 0151 345 6799 even at this late date if you would still like to get in touch. Thanks
I brought some trainers from this site. After a couple of wears the writing of the trainers started wiping away and the trainers just started to mess up. I contacted the company twice once through there website and once through e Mail despite waiting for a answer for ages I got no help or reply and I was completely ignored by this company. I wil never recommend shopping from this website again. The whole experience about helping their costumer was horrible

Hi Sonia, apologies for the late reply, we realise this is a long time ago but we don't have a record of your email. We have only ever sold one style of Moschino Footwear and it didn't have writing on the trainer. We do have a readily available shop number if you would still like to get in touch at 0151 345 6799.
Thanks
