Would not order from here again
Ordered a Sam Fender drill on 6th April. It said 4-5 weeks delivery for pre order, it is now 4th June (nearly 9 weeks later) and I still don’t have it. I got in touch the middle of May and they said I would have it by the next week- it did not arrive. I got in touch again 12 days later to ask again as I need it for his London show on the 6th June, I was told there had been a delay in customs. I have once again been in touch and had a very abrupt message to say they were expecting a delivery.
If there had been good communication to tell me there had a been a delay, I wouldn’t have minded, but there was poor communication from their end, especially when I have paid over £50 for this top. I was offered a refund and special delivery if it meant it could be here on time, but have heard nothing else about it. Let down by the lack of communication and seeing others reviews saying they have received their items when I am still waiting.

I placed an order for 2 Armagh tops, which arrived with different designs.(I thought they were all the same) I contacted the company who responded very quickly to advise they would put me on a list of their next print of the jerseys. They were excellent at giving regular updates and issued me with the jersey of my choice at the earliest possible opportunity. Fantastic customer service!

Do not buy!
Ordered my SF sweatshirt on 6th may with the preorder stating it would be 4-5 weeks until delivery.
I emailed/messaged 3 times to chase and was given incorrect push back dates. I was not once contacted to advise of any delays.
Over 12 weeks later it arrived. There is a small mark on the vinyl and a stain on one of the white panels.
Other than that its a good quality sweatshirt. I just wish it arrived quicker and didn't have faults!
Update to say that Cavasa have reached out to replace the damaged item.
I still do believe that realistic time frames for delivery should be communicated with the customer before purchase.
UPDATE:
It is now almost 5 months since I ordered and I still haven't received my promised replacement for the faulty item received.
I have emailed multiple times to chase this and get no response.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered the Sam fender sweatshirt on the 31st of March 9 weeks later it’s still not arrived tired contacting the companyon the 6th of May to which they said it will be with me in 10/14 days which hasn’t happened tried to contact them today no response .. I’ve been more then. Patient with the seller but this is a joke now don’t sell items you don’t have in stock ..
you’re website stated states pre order delivery with in 4-5 weeks I’ve waited 9 weeks and it’s still not shown up if you don’t have the goods don’t advertise them on you’re site

I bought the „SF Inspired Drill“ and after 13 days my purchase was still pending confirmation and the dispatch had not started or anything else. I then contacted Cavasa and was told relatively promptly that a restock was taking place and the SF Drill should be there in three weeks. After three weeks I wrote and asked about the status and received no reply. Then I waited another week and wrote to tell them how things were going. Again no reply. Then after two weeks I wrote an e-mail that I would like to receive something now. A notification or anything else or I will withdraw my purchase and then nothing happened. After two weeks I switched on PayPal and opened a case. Suddenly I received a message from the company asking if I really wanted to do this because the SF Drill had apparently arrived. The email was very cheeky as I was accused of being at fault as I could have simply written that I wanted the money back without any problem. I did not receive a reply for a long time. I have received a cheeky email.I have been cheated and will now not buy the product and would like to rate this website badly and I do not recommend it to anyone!
Update: got my money back.
After the company's reply on Trustpilot: I waited for my article from 05.03 to 28.04 and the specified time was exceeded at most. I have not received any emails except for the one on 17.03 where they said it would take 3 weeks (i.e. 07.04). I asked about my item and received no reply. Only after I asked for my money back did the company get in touch. To then receive such a cheeky reply (it's my fault and not Cavasa's) is inappropriate and indicates a bad company.
