Established in 2012, Cat World has grown from our love of cats and the cat-showing world into a specialist feline business, with our online store at catworldshop.co.uk and our bricks-and-mortar shop in Oswestry, Shropshire. We carefully choose a huge range of products for cats and the people who love them, from toys, treats, bowls, grooming and cat care essentials to our own handmade cat toys and bandanas. For human cat lovers, you’ll find everything from socks, jewellery and handbags to homeware, greetings cards and gifts – with plenty of unusual finds that you won’t see everywhere else. We’re also proud to stock an extensive range of Trixie cat products and are the exclusive local Trixie stockist in Oswestry. As a small family business, customer service really matters to us. Online orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly from our shop in Shropshire, with tracked UK delivery and free delivery available on qualifying orders. Customers can also shop with us in person or use our free Click & Collect service. Cats are at the heart of everything we do – including our own four feline members of the Cat World family! A must for any cat lover
As a previous visitor to the shop in Oswestry, I wanted to purchase some gifts for my daughters birthday. I found the website easy to use and found everything I wanted. The order arrived very quickly and was securely packaged. Thank you, we will be returning again soon.

I highly recommend for excellent communication and customer care.
I saw its stall at a cat show. There were padded beds in 3 sizes and various patterns but the pattern I liked wasn’t in the size I needed. I asked Di, the lovely lady running the stall, if there were any large in the pattern I wanted. She said no but offered to make one at no extra cost save for postage. I paid on the spot. It arrived just over a week later but Di had already warned me it would be a few days due to other commitments. She texted me to keep me updated on completion and posting.
My fussy cat usually ignores bedding I buy her but she immediately made herself comfortable on this. I am thrilled!

Fabulous products and company!
Ordered 2 x catnip products and some silvervine sticks for my cat, all of which he absolutely loves! They didn't have the mouse I ordered, so let me have a more expensive one at the same price. He absolutely loves the sticks and I can see there's going to be trouble as he searches for them when I've hidden them away, so he can't have them unsupervised!
