Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time.

After reviewing your order, I can confirm that it was shipped within 2 business days, and was delivery on July 7th, just 3 business days after leaving our warehouse, which is within our advertised delivery estimate of 3-10 business days. While we ship orders as quickly as possible, once a package has been handed over to FedEx, the delivery timeline is unfortunately outside of our control.

If you have any concerns about the product itself. we'd be more than happy to help. As a small family-owned business, we truly value every customer and appreciate your support.

Happy kitties

We and our kitties are thrilled with our cat tree from Catopia. Very well made, easy to assemble, and at a great price. It arrived very quickly
We are very happy that it is a Canadian company.
We highly recommend them and are glad we found them.

Good cat trees👍

They got my order wrong but promptly fixed it, gave a pre paid return and sent the correct product immediately. Good professional service. The cat trees are good quality and my cat loves them.

I love this local business

I love this local business! Their customer service is fast and efficient. They are courteous and truly seem to care for their customer's experience with them. Their cat trees are so much more affordable than anything similar I could find in per stores (altho I could never find a tree as tall as our). The assembly was quick and easy. My cats absolutely love their tree and since it's soo roomy, they don't even have to fight for their preferred spot. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customer service!

My original cat tree I ordered was out of stock, but the customer service team was great at communicating and offering solutions, can’t wait for the cat tree to arrive as I’m sure my cats will love it.

Excellent product!

Shipping was a little late but that was due to the weather. Our cat LOVES his cat tree!!! Sleeps in the hammock and ventured up to the top tier today!

Highly recommend Catopia Co.
There was a delay in shipping my order, I sent an email and received a response almost immediately with an honest explanation and was offered a full refund if I didn't want to wait.
However, I was willing to wait for my order, I was then shipped a complimentary item for the delay which was so appreciated and not expected. Once I received the order I'm so glad I waited as the cat tree is even better in person. The quality and design are unlike any cat tree I have seen in pet stores. It was so refreshing to receive the level of customer service that I did. You can tell this company cares about their products and their customers!

Just a perfect experience

Just a perfect experience. They had an item we couldn't find anywhere else and the service was exceptional. It's not always easy to choose and trust an unknown company on the internet, but this is a wonderful small business and we have nothing but great things to say.

Nice cat tree, beautiful piece in a room, cats love it

Even though it's beautiful, there are few plastic pieces that could be changed for something more environmental friendly. What bothers me most is seeing the screws. The top part moves too much, my cats don't like using it. Other than that it looks beautiful. And they love the bottom parts of the cat trees.

Perfect cat tower! Much sturdier than any cat tower I've had before and it looks awesome. Will definitely buy another in the future.
