I gave 1 star as i cannot give 0 stars.

Sent me an item which wasn't as described size wise, so i asked for them to change it. Kept refusing and offered me up to $10 compensation. I have reported them to the authorities.

they sent the wrong item and i had proof and images to what was bought and they kept trying to tell me this is what i ordered. i have filed a formal complaint too and going everywhere i can to warn others.

Please read reviews,these guys are professional scammers and FB allows them to operate freely. Consistently lying about there products and send consumers unusable crap. Ken H

the item is a different product which they sent me and was not what I purchased. Been sending them emails and they responded with this is correct I have requested a refund from them for the product. They tried to appease me by giving me $10.00 dollars as compensation. I declined i want what I purchased. I have a pic from the sale and from there website of what i purchased and what they sent me. They are two different products.

They advertised Super tv box. But sent some Andriod stream boxes. I wrote them to refund my money a $15.

Advertise one thing and ship you another it takes a month and then the label that was on there it came from the same state as I’m in California they are 100% BS

I didn't even want to give this company any stars. But they made me choose one before I could write a comment. I ordered a piece of equipment from them and even paid for the faster shipping. The order looked as though it had been shipped and then all of a sudden the shipping information just stopped, last seen in Iowa somewhere. I then reached out to them, via email to make them aware that I ordered a product from them and paid for the faster shipping method and I still haven't received my order. Now keep in mind, this was after over a month of waiting. They responded stating that "Oh we check your tracking information and there are no updates". They then responded saying "We are resending your order and even gave a new tracking number. Ok, I thought all was fine even though I didn't understand why the long wait after paying for upgraded shipping. Then the new package came within two days. I was like WOW, that was fast and was happy that it arrived. After opening the package, I see that they sent me a completely bogus item, not what I ordered. I'm done at this point. I sent them pictures of what they shipped out to me and then explained to them that this is not what I ordered. They emailed me back and stated that per their records, this was what was ordered. I then sent them the order conformation email that they provided showing that NO, what you shipped to me isn't what I ordered and the conformation email that I just sent to you proves that what you sent to me is not what I ordered. I asked them to please refund my money and send me an address so that I can return this wrongfully ship item back to them. They have not reached back out since. This company will be reported to the BBB and I believe everyone scammed by them should report them as well. Please do not spend any of your hard earned money with Cathedraly.com unless you feel like just having your money stolen from you. They are crooks and with no shame advertising false products that they don't have.

Received the wrong product and they are refusing a refund!! They are saying it will be too expensive for me to ship back and are offering less a than 1% credit to keep what I received. I ordered a streambox S6 and received something inferior and totally different that doesn’t work.

Don't waste your time money or breath with this company

Superbox s6 was ordered and a itv junk box was received. It’s a scam. They are 2 totally different than products, and the box they sent me is a junk box that does not even turn on.I was scammed by cathedraly. They claim they sent em the right product even though I showed the pictures of what I ordered vs what I got. I filed a claim with my bank and the police dept. My bank advised that they are under investigation because of so many charge backs from people being scammed.

I ordered 2 items and the ones eventually received where totally different . They kept updating me with the journey through USA and customs . But it came from China and they wouldn't tell me the name of the courier when it didn't arrive . After all that it's wrong and they have offered me $5 compensation .

After 3 and a half weeks they sent the wrong item. they are criminals!

Received my order ok but the items did not fit. I asked how i could return for a full refund, but after lots of emails they would only offer a small refund and told me to keep the items, even though they weren’t any use to me. I didn’t have a problem with them replying to my emails, just cut my losses and got a partial refund. Better than nothing but definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered and paid for three HW-GT5 Pro watches, but instead received only two HW-28 watches, which are the wrong models, and one watch is completely missing. Tried to solve problem med few mails, without solving. They don't want to send paid watches or send money back.
THIEVES, never buy from them.

Ordered a specific watch . They delivered the wrong watch . I insisted on getting what I ordered and they avoiding replacing the watch and refusing a full refund

Delivery took a lifetime only to receive fake product. Skin coverage was literally grey and purple. DO NOT BUY. Absolute scam!

Do not trust positive reviews on their website as they somehow block any negative reviews. I purchased two smart watches from them and they would not post following review:
"Ordered two of smart watches and this are definitely not your Apple or Samsung watches. It started with an impressive packaging-nice box, but that is where it all ends. The watch itself, looks cheap and feels flimsy on my wrist. Fairly responsive screen, but this is where it completely fails: blood glucose, spo2 and most of your activity trackers are completely inaccurate. I compared it to the medical devices, as well as two of these identical watches, that gave completely different readings. Finally, when I was at an event with about 200 people, it started intercepting random text messages. That was it for me. As for “an easy return”. you need to contact their customer support and they never answered any of my emails.

I ordered a wallet and after 2 months they said they had delivered it, they use another UPS track number of another address in my town to try to convince me that the package was misdelivered by my post office. Thieves! They will steal from you.
