Information is relayed quickly considering the in depth process required to work in the detention centre. I may have overlooked a few details when answering the emails but any problems were quickly solved and sorted out to the satisfaction of everyone concerned.

The guys and girls here at Cataphract have been absolutely amazing since the moment I was past over to them to now. Especially Aysha Abdurrahman. She has been the most amazing person to have, she has dealt with all my questions and enquirys in a matter of hours which was very unexpected. I cannot thank Cataphract enough for their professionalism and support throughout the whole vetting process. I had an initial video interview with Alisdair F. I have to say, he was extremely professional and although the process is thorough, he managed to put me at ease throughout. After that I was contacted by Emma H who has guided and supported me through the rest of the process and is still doing so. She is wonderfully efficient and also very informative regarding a process about which I knew absolutely nothing. Both Alisdair and Emma are an absolute credit to Cataphract. If anyone out there is considering employing a company to look after their vetting process, then look no further.
