Separate queue for Online Reservation
Suggest to have a separate queue for those who have reserved online. This is especially helpful during peak season or long weekends since based from my experince I was still asked to line up together woth those who has not yet purchased their tickets. Somehow defeats the purpose of online booking.

I had a hard time reserved my trip to Catanduanes that it why I committed a error were I able to book San Andres to Tabaco it should be Tabaco to San Andres on July 22, 2024 @ 6AM schedule of trip, request for adjustment please
