The contractor L & M mains and Moling who dealt with the water leak to our home was excellent they completed the work required and when they finished we were very satisfied as they put the Block Paving back perfectly and we would not know that they had taken any up to repair the leak

Phone call to fix in less than 24 hours
Excellent, fast and friendly service. The two lads arrived promptly after a 100+ mile journey to our house. The problem (a leaking external water pipe) was located and fixed in less than 2 hours in a professional and friendly manner. I would recommend this company without hesitation

Engineers went beyond expectations to fix a leak
Catalyst made arrangements for engineers to visit promptly. The engineers confirmed their arrival. The two men were unstinting in their efforts to find and fix my water main leak, which was outside my house and very deep down. They really went the extra mile for me.

The engineer and his assistant arrived when they said they would and as an emergency within hours of our contact. The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently and effectively. They cleared up afterwards beautifully. A huge relief to feel in safe hands

An excellent experience.
The Catalyst personnel with whom I had contact were all extremely helpful, from the receptionist who was my first contact to the engineer who dealt with my problem. They were all understanding and gave excellent advice, whilst also dealing with the problem efficiently and giving further advice.
I have nothing but praise for them.

They advertise no obligation services…
They advertise no obligation services but the volume of calls and emails says otherwise. Their only purpose of the call is to say you have to pay in full before they will book any work in. They aren't interested in you as a customer but they will take your money quite happily.

Good Afternoon Mr Brown,
We apologise that you feel that the team contacted you more than you felt necessary.
The survey in Jan 2024 identified issues with your drainage which needed attention.
We emailed to ask if you wanted a quote to complete the repairs. The handler called 2 times following this and received no response so we closed our file.
In Jan 2025 we received an email some 12 months later asking for a private quote, we advised due to the length of time since the original survey we would re CCTV. This survey revealed that the issue had deteriorated and was no longer suitable for lining.
We rescoped the works and you agreed to proceed. The handler was then in contact to arrange the works to take place.
Folowing on from a conversation with the claims handler he was concerned that the issues would continue to get worse.
Again please accept our appologies we were only trying to assist with your ongoing issue.
First class service
The communication from the company was first class.
They gained permission from the neighbours, and informed them when the job would go ahead. Everybody happy.
The guys on site, Chris and his colleague, were professional and courteous.
They found the problem with the water supply straight away (where a previous contractor had failed). They installed a new water supply pipe to the property very quickly.
The site was left in as good as new condition.
