Support is very slow, app is also not working that great. Lots of mistakes when importing products.

The program started off well, and I initially had a positive experience. However, after deciding to switch to a more personalised approach, I cancelled my subscription while still having a significant number of credits remaining.

When I later logged back in, I discovered that all of my unused credits had disappeared. The AI explained that these were monthly credits rather than purchased credits, which is why they were removed. This was not clearly communicated, and it feels misleading — almost like a subscription trap.

I am genuinely disappointed with how this has been handled.

We spend 150× euros on the catalister app subscription and over $70 on "credits". Overall a very poorly presented piece of software that did not function to purpose. When our subscription was late our credits were cancelled before we could resubscribe. Overall very disappointed with this. Stay away from these scammers.
