Fraudulent advertising! Shoes advertised as Ugg. Took several weeks to get shoes from American based shoe store in Las Vegas…… They were shipped from China!
Knock off Uggs. Unable to return for a refund! Poor customer service! Ai generated email response! Company will not respond to complaint filed with BBB.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a pair sandals that they were basically advertising as if they were UGGs when they arrived they had an extremely toxic smell, and they were poorly made. I immediately put them back in the bag and emailed the company for a return label. I have since emailed them five times and all I receive is automated responses with no return label. I ended up contacted in the Better Business Bureau. I still have no label and I’m left with these cheap toxic smelling shoes. Do not order from them!!!!

Beware, this website is a scam and should not be trusted for purchases. Product ordered 12/1/24 arrived 2/6/25 NOT authentic and NOT the color pictured - awful neon turquoise instead of light blue. Immediately reported that I wanted a refund but the only options were to ship it back which cost more than the product cost, or get 20% refund and keep, or get a 50% "refund" in the form of a store credit for future purchases on the site. AWFUL SCAM.

Like many of the other reviewers, I want to confirm that this site will lure you offering shoes that are the same name, cost and "look" as "originals", but they are actually expensive knock offs. Further, though the website store front looks to be a US company, it is all flowing through China. It will say "in stock and ready to ship" and then it will take a very long time to actually ship. As soon as you get the tracking info you can see it is coming from China and needing to clear US Customs. Like another customer, my shoes arrived in a thin plastic wrapper with lots of tape- not even a shoe box- and had a very strong smell of volatile organic compounds. It was nauseating and I had to put the shoes outside to off gas for several days. The company will offer either a 20% credit to your original form of payment, a 50% credit for a new purchase, or for you to send the shoes back on your dime. Really frustrating and a terrible experience. I've definitely learned my lesson!

They are a scam. China based theft operation. They refuse returns after they send you the wrong item, and received it 41 days after ordering. No response from their alleged customer service except an automated 'we value your business and strive to make customers happy' BS email.

I order Uggs Tasmans from them, Website say 10-15 day to get. It took over a month! They came in a garbage bag no box at all. They are not Ugg brand but a knock off.
They prey on the key words of other brands to make you think you are getting the good stuff and charge the same prices but what they send you is knock of crap. I checked the address before ordering. Don't let the United state Address fool you. It all comes from CHINA and Once they get your payment, you are screwed, they wont answer any email about refund. I hope my review can help someone not make the mistakes I made

Same as the others…ordered the tazmans, finally got them in a black plastic bag and they look awful. Customer service emailed me back and said I can either get a 20% refund or ship the shoes back which would cost me almost as much as I paid for them to China. Ridiculous company, their website portrays like they are coming from Nevada or I wouldn’t have ordered.

this company has a Las Vegas, Nevada address. However, the shoes are shipped from China. It takes at least 6 weeks to process and your shoes received. Customer service is close to null. They should be banned in the USA. Do NOT purchase from them.

I foolishly ordered a pair of UGGS from Casualcomfortsandal.com as a late Christmas present for my niece on 12/30/24. I received the order 1/27/25. They came in a black plastic bag with no box! I was able to compare them to an authentic pair of the same UGGS and they are incredibly bad fake copies of the authentic shoes!!!! 100% fake!!! I have emailed 3 times with pictures and only receive an automated response. AVOID THIS CHINESE SCAM SITE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place an order on November 27th for a pair of slippers. Beginning of December tried to check on the status of the order by emailing the company. Five days later, I received and tracking number which the shipping company did not pick up. Fast forward to January 30th. Products FINALLY arrives. I emailed the company that day, and 5 days later I got a response giving me the eligibility for returns. Once again, I emailed them saying I wanted to return because these were supposed to be a Christmas gift but obviously it's way too late. Received another response 5 days later from the company stating that I could return my product but it would be at my cost since they recently relocated our shipping warehouse and returns department to our office in China. They also stated that they would only refund 20% of the order or get 50% of the order in a gift card. What a joke, I would never buy from this company again. After emailing them again regarding the return, I've never heard back from them. This company has horrible communication, policies, and knockoff products.

Horrible customer service, cannot locate my order that I placed in late December (now its February), they could not locate the package nor provide me a correct tracking number, now they are telling me that I have to locate it on own, doesn't make any sense. Do not waste your money or time. It should allow us to give a zero score

This store is a scam, will be reporting to BBB. These were a xmas gift for my son, they took more than 20 days to arrive and came in a thin, cheap plastic bag, not even a box as most shoes would. The product is cheap and junky, nowhere near worth the $100 I paid. I have been emailing them for more than a week trying to get a response about a return so I can ship them back within the 30-day window they give you. DO NOT ORDER from these guys, a total joke.

DON’T BUY FROM CASUAL COMFORT. My Uggs are knockoffs that come from China. You can’t cancel your order even when it leaves a week after ordering because it’s later than they made you think it would arrive. Mine arrived on January 12th for a Christmas gift. I tried to return, but they didn’t respond to me until I got my bank involved. The address was in china to return them to. It cost as much to return as the product was because they want a tracking number. They do everything they can to make it impossible to see your money again if you don’t like the product that is misrepresented. If this reviews stops one person from being a sucker I’m happy.

If I could give negative stars for this company I would. I ordered a pair of slippers for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. The order was placed in November. I have never received the order. I sent numerous emails requesting follow up of my order and was given the lame excuse of we’re so busy, please accept our apologies, you’ll get your order shortly, blah, blah,blah. I got a tracking number once they said the order was shipped from China. Oh if I’d only known ahead of time. Stupid of me not to check other reviews. Anyway it is now February and tracking indicates my address was insufficient and the package was sent back to who knows where. Buyer beware. This is a scam company!!!

My son spent his Christmas money on what was thought to be original Uggs but they are fake. It took a couple weeks to get here after finding out they were coming from China, and now can not get a response about returning these fake shoes for a refund. They have been emailed several times with a computer generated response with no information.

So long to get the boots. Did not look like their product picture... very very cheap materials. False advertising.

I ordered a pair of UGG Tasman slippers (which I owned a pair before) they just got ruined. So I found this website that had them a little cheaper than most places and I got a discount code which made a signififgant different difference. I was excited about the price never heard of this company nor did I do my research I just oredered them. Well after 45 days of waiting for them to get here, in which they did in a cheap plastic bag they were not Uggz they were a cheap knock off/ not even 1 Ugg stamp or label. Once I put my foot in them I was heated They weren't the soft well fitting Ugg Tasmans I had these were some cheaply line garbage knock offs.

Do not buy from casual comfort sandals. They are not in NV items come from China in a plastic bag. Horrible odor, no customer service. Stay Away!!!!!

These are not real UGG Tasman slippers and they smell HORRIBLE. They arrived about 3 weeks after their promised ship date, and they came in a dusty, dirty plastic bag (not a shoe box). They are so obviously fake. There are no logos or labels or even a size tag. They don't even fit correctly and look SO CHEAP. I have been going back and forth with their customer service for over a month and they will not issue a refund, they just keep asking for photos and proof. What a scam. Clearly they have no intentions of refunding or providing an alternative.

Do not buy from Casualcomfortsandal !! Received counterfeit Ugg shoes with such an overpowering chemical smell that I can't keep them in the house. My emails to them are undeliverable because they have my email address marked as spam.
