An easy 5-stars!

In a word, excellent - a sentiment shared by the entire group. We were in Shaun's capable hands for the Mental Health First Aid training, which was spread over two half-day sessions. We felt the level of detail and information was perfect - it tested us and opened our eyes to a few things. The communication was brilliant, clear, and at the perfect pace. We all left deep in conversation, educated and confident and feeling good - to help ourselves, each other and those around us - again, all thanks to Shaun. a very very easy 5-stars (I wish we could put more!).

ID CARDS
We have had dealings with CTS in the past and when we found out that they could also supply bespoke ID cards we were intrigued. The print quality is fantastic and the security holograms really make it look professional. Well done and thanks.

As a company we have been looking over the last 12 months for another company to put our ambulance care assistants through their Frec3 course.
We came across CTS arranged a meeting and agreed to book a course.
I myself sat the course and found it to be so much better than the last course I sat 3 years ago for the same thing.
Our ACA's who also sat the course along with the Office Manager and the Director ALL commented on how well the course was presented and in a way that they ALL could get involved.
We was that impressed with the course and presentation we decided to booked another 2 courses for the start of the new year.

I did a 3 day First aid at work course with one of the trainers Shaun through my job. The training was amazing, practical scenarios, PowerPoint and videos were so informative and Shaun went above and beyond to make sure all questions we had were answered and any thing that could ever happen was covered. He had loads of supplies, scenarios and different teaching techniques that accommodate to the different ways people learn.
To summarise I would highly recommend this company!! I will be coming back to further my knowledge and training with them soon

Attended an ILS course in Leeds with Shaun and was very impressed with his attention to all of us on the course and the manner the course was presented.
The fact that instead of a manikin a real person was used to demonstrate real wounds during the trauma management part of the day was a great touch which we all enjoyed.

This week I had a quick exchange with Shaun regarding ID Cards.
I sent him pictures, logo and information required along with a brief outline and within 24hrs they were made, checked and sent out.
Today I received them 1st Class signed for via Royal Mail.
The ID cards are excellent quality, and include holographic imaging to prove authenticity.
Reasonable price and quick and efficient service.

Was struggling to find a FREC level 3 refresher, when Shaun came to the rescue! A brilliant interactive course with lots of discussion, role play and an excellent trauma/triage exercise. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to do a FREC level 3 or refresher course.
