I ordered a part that wasn't going to fix my toilet and they caught it and started emailing me for pics and videos and they sent the tight part I needed and it has worked better that when I first bought it.

I ordered a Bidet with a 12 inch rough in and when my contractor began the installation he informed me that he needed a 10 inch. At this point the 30 day refund window had expired yet Casta Diva worked with me and exceeded my expectations by helping me to remedy my situation.

We ordered the CD-W10V for my girls' bathroom. I loved the idea of a non-electric bidet since getting power to the toilet would have been a complete mess. Needless to say, the toilet was such a big hit with the whole family that we decided to get a new one for the powder room to spoil our guests. This time I did get power to the toilet so they can have a heated seat. The toilet is beautiful, works well and the number of features you get for the price is truly second to none.
Not only am I excited about the product, I was blown away by their customer support. When I did have an issue with my W10V I reached out and they were very quick to solve the problem and truly went above and beyond. I can honestly say I will be a life-long customer and can't speak highly enough of Casta Diva. Well done, team.

This toilet has a total different internal design that require a contractor to open the flooring and pipes The connection to the floor is designed in a way that it must have changing the whole set of pipes and the floor to connect it properly. Even a special wax ring to prevent any leak just doesn’t work for this toilet. In a regular floor it keeps moving and leaking gases from the sewer. I had it installed with the first plumber and after it been installed following the manual instructions this toilet moves and leaks gases no matter how good it has been installed. Second and third opinion just made me to understand it is a waist of money. Wayfair should make it clear in specifications that this toilet requires construction changes in a regular floor. It isn’t a regular installation. Another aggravation is if we buy this toilet we have only 30 days to return if it has not been installed. They don’t tell us that in advance anywhere in any website.

I ordered the Casta Diva toilet to update our bathroom remodel. The 17” height is a perfect height. The one-piece design is sleek and modern. Support was great answering the questions I had about the distance for the waterline. Make sure you have MORE than 7.5 inches from the sewer centerline to the water centerline. Great toilet and company integrity is great.

This is the third toilet I purchased from Casta Diva. They worked great they look great and they’re well worth what you pay for them. There customer service is excellent and they have quick delivery on all in stock items. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

It's an awesome smart toilet with great performance and all the features you'd hope for! Just a heads-up, double-check your water line before installing - it uses a 1/2" connection, and adapting a 3/8" line could affect the pressure.
