I play on Casobet since NOvember 2025. I did a deposit of 100 EUR and I made a mistake of not doing verification before betting. I tried to do it while I was betting and growing my balance. They were fast doing verification for ID and credit card however on proof of address they don't complete it on purpose. I've sent government signed documents, bank account invoices and history, utility bills either in portuguese and in english as they request and which are widely accepted on other bookies except on this one. I have colleagues who could only verify before doing bets and with same type of documents I'm sending but not being accepted on my case.
I have a balance of 1,750EUR which is frozen because they avoid to complete this last proof of address step on purpose. They don't reply to any emails. I've sent an email to Curação e-gaming licensing but no answer and it seems they are not licensed. Avoid at all cost!
