Ich warte seit dem 25.06.2022, an diesem Tag wurde meine Auszahlung in Höhe von 1903,- genehmigt.

Chat und Finanzabteilung nur am vertrösten!
Dachte eigentlich das Casino Sieger ein seriouses und der guten Casino ist. Aber langsam bezweifle ich das! Warte seid 10Tagen auf eine Auszahlung. Es handelt sich nicht um tausende, lediglich um 50euro! Nach reichlich Dokumenten Anforderungen, die ich auch sofort erledigt habe, kommt von der Finanzabteilung gar nichts mehr, es sei denn man fragt nach und dann immer die selbe Antwort es wird noch geprüft. Mein Auszahlungsantrag wurde vom 15.1 einfach auf den 22.1 gesetzt, wo ich mich frage... Warum?
Hab doch eine Auszahlungsbestätigtigung am 15.1 bekommen?
Nah ich gebe die Hoffnung noch nicht ganz auf...man fühlt sich nur langsam verarscht!
Nach dieser Nachricht gestern... Waren meine Dokumente auf einmal alle verifiziert. Um mir dann heute das Schreiben zu senden...

Ich habe im September das letzte Mal eingezahlt, musste davon noch einen Auszug drucken um das beweisen. Obwohl es im Verlauf stand. Also bisschen über 3 Monate. Und ich möchte gar nicht wissen wieviel ich davor eingezahlt hab.
Ich frage was man da mit Glücksspiel meint. Wenn ich Geld einzahle, weiß ich entweder Gewinn ich oder das Geld ist weg.

Freispiele vergebe und man wirklich mal Glück hat, was mit drei Freispielen zu 10cent wirklich Glück ist! Das man dann zehn Tage hin gehalten wird und eigentlich unnötige Dokumente hochladen muss. Wobei die Finanzabteilung doch weiß das es zur keiner Auszahlung kommt. Traurig...
Ich werde diese Gruppe von Casinos jetzt meiden.
Es gibt ja zum Glück auch noch genügend korrekte Casinos, wo wenn man schon mal eingezahlt hat, die vom Casino ausgebenen Freispiele auch auszahlen kann...Ansonsten finde ich ist das Glücksspiel sehr einseitig. Und solche Freispiele braucht kein Mensch...
Trotzdem danke an Trustpilot! Ansonsten hätte ich vielleicht noch länger auf meinen nicht Gewinn gehofft.

Ich würde gerne ein Foto hinzufügen über den Chat mit dem livechat aber keine Ahnung ob das hier geht. Ich sage einfach um was es ging. Ich habe mit einem nicht Einzahlungsbonus 400€ gewonnen habe es ausgezahlt und irgendwann bemerkt das es nicht ausgezahlt wurde, auf die Nachfrage im Chat wurde mir gesagt das ich innerhalb 30 Tagen eine Einzahlung hätte tätigen sollen, um die Auszahlung zu bekommen. Steht anscheinend auch in den Geschäftsbedingungen. Da dachte ich mir super als wenn Casinos nicht schon genug Geld Verschwendung sind wird einfach der Gewinn gelöscht.

Ich werde schon seit Wochen hingehalten, ständig werden neue Dokumente verlangt, soll einzahlen um auszuzahlen, dann ist es die falsche Einzahlung, obwohl in der Vergangenheit eingezahlt aber in der history nichts zu finden, jetzt wieder neue Dokumente die mit der Auszahlung nichts zutun haben.
Spielt da bloß nicht, es gibt bessere die einen nicht verarschen oder hinhalten. Google, da gibt es genug Beschwerden.
