They hold your vip points and block you from using them if they feel you haven’t given them enough money deposits lately. Greedy scum of the earth casino chain that can’t get enough out of a person. And they claim they want you to gamble responsibly right but at the same time they want you making deposits and playing everyday. Shows how much they care extorting people for more money to use VIP points I earned. Whether througj playing or making deposit. Those are my points that should be able to use whenever I see fit. I recommend no one plays here and hopefully they go bankrupt.

They responded to me that I can talk to customer support and they wouod help me which is a straight up lie. Here is the response i got from there robot useless Ai not that wouldnt even put me through to a human being ti talk to.

I received a promotional offer today…

I received a promotional offer today 10/04/2026 and was unable to claim it online so I contacted Casino Rewards chatline. The response I received was that the promotion closed on 28/02. The promotional code is JUBILEE25. My letter came via Jersey Post and Malta.
Today 12/04/2026 I made several attempts to contact the help desk via email but to no avail. I did get to the Chat service and spoke to a Marsha after giving all the rslevant information Marsha sent me a code to my phone. I entered this twice and was told it was the wrong code and was passed on to CHIP, no help there. My original problem was the promo Jubilee25 and although my offer showed no expirary date I was told it expired on 28/02/2026. Again I received my offer on 10/04/2026.

My account has been temp suspended for the last year and a half roughly and I've been s customer for over 8 years and they told me to keep depositing and paying with my own money I've done it for so long I've accumulated 205 dollars cad in vip points when they implemented the suspension I had 10 dollars cad in via points now im a5 205 cad and they still keep saying keep playing the temp suspension will be lifted when I asked them why they said suspicious activity i can barley work my android phone I dont know any type of hacking except hacking up a loogy when I get sick and I asked for documentation or a clear set of guidelines or rules I could follow to get the temp suspension lifted and.they keep regurgitating the same rhetoric which is keep playing amd.depositing with your own money and im sure the ban will get lifted eventually I've deposited far more than.what I have in vip points I was using there most distributed bonus each time it was either 10 percent or 15 percent match bonuses since they put the suspension in place at 20 to 40 dollars at time over roughly year and. Quick and easy payouts

I've found the casino rewards casinos pretty good, though I have experienced loosing streaks when I have won the payouts were extremely easy and quick. Overall I think they are pretty fair I won several hundred dollars from loyalty points they gifted me and even the playthrough wasn't unreasonable plus there were no winnings amount restrictions over all very positive

Easy deposits or challenging withdrawals?


Update: I noticed that the casino is actively responding to other reviews here, but my case has been ignored so far.

I have already provided all requested documents and contacted support multiple times, yet there is still no resolution regarding my withdrawal.

Based on my experience, I would appreciate avoiding the usual cycle where I am asked to contact support, then redirected to Risk Management, followed by delays and no response, and later explanations such as holiday-related delays.

I have already been through this process and would prefer a direct and clear update instead of repeating the same steps again.

I am still waiting for a resolution.

UPDATE 9.04.26 – Withdrawal still not processed after 15+ days

My withdrawal request of $240, submitted on March 24, remains unpaid.

All requested documents, including IBAN and bank statement, were provided multiple times. On April 1, I was asked to resend my PDF due to a technical issue. I did so immediately, yet no confirmation of receipt or approval has been provided.

Despite repeated follow-ups and a formal notice, I still have not received:

- confirmation that my documents are approved
- confirmation that my withdrawal is being processed
- any estimated timeframe for payment

Instead, I am being redirected between departments without accountability or progress.

Additional context:

On March 24, I made multiple deposits across associated brands (including Colosseum Casino and Players Palace), totaling a significant amount.

All deposits were processed instantly.

In contrast, my withdrawal of $240 has now been delayed for over 15 days without any confirmation, approval, or timeline.

This clear imbalance between instant deposits and delayed withdrawals raises serious concerns.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with formal complaints through AskGamblers and relevant licensing authorities.

This review will be updated accordingly.

Easy deposits - impossible withdrawals.

I lost over €5000-€7000 across the Casino Rewards network. When I finally had $240 left, I tried to withdraw.

First they told me to wait 48 hours. Then they said my payment method was not supported. When I tried to log in to change it - my account was suddenly blocked.

After that it turned into an endless loop:

- send IBAN
- send bank statement
- resend as PDF
- wait again

They even sent apologies saying the delay was due to the Easter break - but nothing actually moved forward.

10 days go by - still no result.

What’s ironic - right before blocking my account, they were sending messages like “you’re one step away from becoming a millionaire.”

Depositing money takes 1 minute.
Getting even $240 back turns into weeks.

And this is not just one casino - this is a whole network including Zodiac, Captain Cooks, Colosseum, Golden Tiger, Luxury, Grand Mondial, Casino Classic, Casino Action, Yukon Gold and many others operating under the same system.

You can register across these sites in seconds using the same details - just changing your email. And as we all know, Gmail allows creating multiple accounts.

One more red flag - even extremely simple passwords like “1234” are accepted.

Think carefully before using this casino network.

Message to the owners: Stop destroying casino rewards with your greedy rules and horrible customer service

Now fast forward a couple weeks and I recieved a vip card in the mail, it said to upload it to my account and I will recieve bonus points..so I did and it suspended my loyalty points now going on 7 MONTHS..still wont take the suspension off. Kind of a pathetic situation considering I put enough money in every month. Another issue is my status will drop if I dont deposit for a week, it took me months to get silver status and because im broke right now and havent put money in
In about 2 weeks im back down to bronze.
I really liked casino rewards but in the last year or so all their casinos have really fallen. If its new owners, well you are running these casinos to the ground. These casinos were amazing at one point, dont let your greedy rules destroy your empire.

Pour le jour de Pâques il y a un bonus de 40%, j'ai fait un dépôt de 250€ et bonus bloqué en points VIP. Cela fait maintenant 5 mois que ça dure avec 800€ bloqué. Garbage site

I’ve been playing on the casino for a couple years now never had any major wins or anything, but that’s not even my issue here . I signed on on March 22, 2026, which is my birthday and I noticed that I had a happy birthday bonus of $50 in my casino rewards and when I attempted to redeem them, it gave me a pop-up message, stating that I was under suspension that my VIP rewards were not able to be redeemed after speaking to a bunch of retarded, AI supports and finally being able to talk to a live agent several different times each one basically we’re on repeat stating that it’s based on your gameplay you’re withdrawal history, etc. etc. it was literally for no reason at all whatsoever and they decided to do that on my birthday, which was very disappointing. “ here happy birthday here $50 but you can’t use it. Nope not until you deposit an unlimited amount of more money” and which they won’t even tell you how much more money you need to deposit to have your suspension lifted. I decided to just go with it for a moment and I’ve deposited nearly $100 since the suspension has been on there and they still haven’t lifted it. I still can’t access my rewards which are now up to $74. I just spoke to customer support today and she was very nice. Her name was Lauren. She was great customer support. She couldn’t help me, but it wasn’t her fault anyways but after discussing again my issue today, I was told again to just continue depositing money to the account and playing as usual, and the suspension will eventually be lifted. I then said I’m not going to play on the account anymore because this is completely unfair and uncalled for. I look at it as I’m being punished for doing absolutely nothing wrong I did nothing wrong for the suspension to happen so the the casino rewards program in my opinion are just thieves. I have nothing good to say about it anymore and if you’re deciding on ever signing on and playing on that casino, and that includes Mondial casino, crooks casino, Yukon Gold, Casino, and many others that include the casino rewards program. I would suggest not to and just to save your money or sign up to a different casino because eventually they will turn a cold shoulder to you and just try to steal your money if I could go lower than a one rating, I would go lower. Let’s just put it that way terrible terrible customer service other than Lauren. She was great but it’s a terrible casino and rewards program as you can see from all the reviews on this trust pilot I’m pretty sure everybody has the same thing to say about this casino and the rewards. I wish I was on here for a different reason but I’m not terrible casino program.

I used to love Casino Rewards until I cashed out $8,000. I never get any bonuses from the chat like I used to all the time and my VIP points are being held hostage until I give them more money but they won't tell me how much.

Ich kann echt nur sagen das diese casino Rewards klassik oder goldene Tiger sind die größte vebrecher Lügner betruger eure Spiele sind manipuliert so das ja keine mehr gewinnt und nur Verluste erleben kann das ist meine meinung gar nicht mehr in Ordnung ich werde mich echt sehr freuen wenn endlich werden das enden diese casino Rewards gehört einfach weg von online und braucht nicht uns Menschen unsere Geld bestohlen und das nach 10 Minuten sind Geld voloren das ist richtig? Das ist keine richtige Kasino!!!!! Ich und andere Menschen sind immer nur unzufrieden und die Kundenservis einfach zum Vergessen nur ich verstehe nichts immer die kleiche anwort diese casino Rewards verdient nicht mal eine Stern.
