I deposited via crypto and used the sportsbook. After placing bets, I attempted to withdraw my balance of 184€, but the withdrawal was denied.
Shortly after, I received a message stating that my betting behaviour was “suspicious” and that an investigation was required. I was asked to provide personal documents (ID, proof of address, and a selfie with ID), but only via email to an address using the domain “tickets.helpdesk.com”, which does not appear to be an official or secure company domain.
For security reasons, I refused to send such sensitive information through email and instead requested a proper verification method (such as a secure upload within my account or a trusted third-party KYC provider). I followed up on April 5th.

Since then:
- I have received no response
- My withdrawal remains unresolved
- My access to support within the platform has been blocked (the support page cannot be accessed properly in the browser)

I have also come across multiple similar reports from other users describing the same pattern.

At this point, I am still waiting for either a secure verification process or the payout of my remaining balance. I am open to resolving this matter if proper communication is restored.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this platform.

I deposited 500 USDT on Punkz.com yesterday. A "Welcome Bonus" with an impossible 80x wagering requirement was automatically added to my account without my consent or any confirmation prompt. I played three NBA matches and won all of them, increasing my balance to 950 USDT. I never lost a single bet.

Before canceling the bonus, I consulted Live Support to ask if my original deposit would be affected. The agent was evasive and refused to provide a direct answer, leading me to believe my principal was safe. Upon cancellation, the system deducted 650 USDT, leaving me with only 300 USDT.

My Argument:
Since I had a 100% win rate and never lost my initial stake, there is no logical reason for the casino to seize 200 USDT of my original cash deposit. This is a predatory practice and a failure of transparency by the support team. I am requesting a refund of my original 500 USDT principal.

300€ deposit... Balance was then 1200€ after 2 weeks... And I became limit to bet... Made withdrawal... Cancelled... Verified Successfully but became Email with:

"As we have now received the requested documentation and verified your identity, we were able to complete our investigation of your sportsbook activities.

It was concluded that your sportsbook activity breaches our Terms and Conditions and your account will be closed as a result.

You have 72 hours from the receipt of this email to withdraw your most recent deposit from your account. Should the funds not be withdrawn in the given timeframe, the account will be closed regardless."

Customers who win will never become money. So this is a big scam bookie! Please do not register!

Talk about a scam casino. I've made 15 deposits and not one single bonus nothing. O ya their "loot box" that they reward u with 9 times out of 10 u don't get anything out of. And after all that money I've spent my rakeback averages to about 55 cents. Do not play here. Their customer service is absolute trash if u can even call them customer service

Absolutely no regard for responsible gambling. Asked to close my account a saying that I had severe gambling issues, which were leading to a breakdown of my mental health. Yet, nothing was done.
