So many times I tried to withdraw…

So many times I tried to withdraw winnings, so many times they came up with excuses as to why I could not withdraw. The verification of Id was long and arduous and still did not bear fruit . When I got confirmation that my withdrawal was successful ( £450.00), this is the email I got from them

Upon checking, on the 19th of April, you have claimed a deposit bonus of £9.50, therefore the maximum bet allowed should be less than £2.85.

Our Audit team found bet/s of £3, £4.50, £18 up to £60.60 while the bonus was active which clearly breached our Bonus Terms & Conditions.

All your winnings have been voided accordingly and your last two deposits amounting to £100.00 and £30.00 have been returned to your balance.

So, a loss of £320 of winnings and when I tried to withdraw the £130, they denied that also because I had not generated enough funds.
What a load of scamming BS ARTISTS. DO NOT GAMBLE WITH THESE THEIVES.

This is a scam website. STAY AWAY

I was offered a bonus of £5 when I deposited £100. I ran this up to over £200 playing roulette and asked to withdraw the funds. I was informed I could not and would have to gamble £250 worth of slots, this was through their live chat

I think proceeded to spin £250 worth of spins and ran my balance up to £725 which I was then allowed to withdraw, or so I thought!

It remained pending for a week. I made numerous requests why, but I was informed it was pending and would be paid.

I was then informed that I had breached their T&Cs involved in being granted the bonus and I had overstaked my spins AND THEY REFUSED TO PAY ME

Prestige Fake Terms And Conditions

Prestige claim in their terms and conditions so its part of their policy that any player can self exclude or ask for their account to be closed(its written in black and white on their website)this is untrue they will not let you withdraw money that is your money(although it is extremely easy to deposit)and they will not let you close your account.

I have asked Aideen Prestige's VIP Manager to close my account on multiple occasions(if I said I had asked her over ten times and this has been going on for months that would be about right)guess what I have had absolutely no response to multiple emails as I'm just being ignored and to say this is frustrating would be an understatement.

I spoke to someone called Joy on live chat telling her I wanted to self exclude and close my account as I am not prepared to bet with them anymore she was nice enough but advised me to keep my account open due to the multiple bonuses I would receive playing with them so I pushed a bit harder and she said my request would be forwarded to management did I have confidence no has anything happened no nothing has happened and I'm at the end of my tether with this fake betting company.

My advice is please don't even bother opening an account with Prestige as you will face two serious issues firstly they will dispute any money you have won and will do all they can not to pay you out infact they will refuse to give you any winnings at all and secondly if you want to close your account once you realise they are a fraudulent operation being run by corrupt people they will refuse all your requests and won't even have the decency to reply to your emails.

Finally something that I have never seen before is if a player is inactive for three months they will try to charge you £10 now this is something I have never come across ever I just shook my head in disbelief so please do not deposit a penny into this fake betting company because once its in you'll find it next to impossible to get it out.

Just look at the negative reviews and warnings posted on Trustpilot that players are giving about Prestige as Prestige are not a legitimate Casino they are totally fake and their targeting unsuspecting British players with huge bonuses that cannot be accessed as real money(you don't get 100% Sports Bonus its only a Casino Bonus that you can't do anything with)so please go to another Casino and Sportsbook where you will be treated with the respect you deserve as in my experience that definately doesn't happen with Prestige as they're total fraudsters.

I deposited money and won around…

I deposited money and won around £15,000, but when I tried to withdraw, they kept asking for more and more documents.

They requested full photos of my bank card, which is not normal and very unsafe.

Now my withdrawal is still pending, and they stopped responding to me.

They are using a payment agent called Aurevia IT Group, which appears to be suspicious.

Please be careful and DO NOT send your card details to this casino.

I am now reporting this case to my bank and fraud authoritie

Scam Website

Do not play on this website they do not pay out any winnings they will get back to you 7 days after you have withdrawn your winnings making up bonus conditions even if you have not claimed any bonuses and then refuse to pay you anything. Casino prestige 721 is by far the worst gambling site I have ever used. They will take your money but never pay anything you win. 100% scam website

Scam scam scam... do not use this website!!
I won £30,000 & after emailing them & chatting through live chat they come to the conclusion that there was a glitch in the game I was playing therefore they will not process my winnings.
Closed my account straight away.
Please avoid this site

Even to the point of asking for my deposit back and the live chat blocked me and the customer services are a waste of time. Complete scam and avoid like the plague.

Pursuing this legally and through the gambling channels, to at least get my deposit back, as no chance of collecting my winnings. Very bad and appears a total scam, throughout. Bad, doesn't even justify it... Absolutely awful. Won over a grand plusand having to beg for my £150 deposit back, to be blanked, dire website full of lies and scammers, should be shut down. Disgraceful!

"Je m'appelle J-C D---s. Je signale une pratique de rétention de fonds abusive de la part de ce casino. Ma demande de retrait de 500 € date du dimanche 15 février 2026.

Mon compte est entièrement vérifié (KYC validé), toutes les conditions ont été respectées. Malgré cela, le support (notamment l'agent nommé 'Matt') se contente de réponses automatiques me demandant de 'patienter' et m'assurant qu'un 'suivi est en cours'. Le délai de 48h est largement dépassé.

Il est inacceptable qu'un client, de surcroît avec un statut VIP, soit ignoré et baladé de la sorte. J'exige la validation immédiate de mon gain. Sans action sous 12h, je transmettrai l'intégralité de mes captures d'écran de chat aux autorités de régulation de Curaçao."

alors comment vous raconter mon expérience sur ce casino ? J'ai gagné plus de 10600 € mais impossible de retirer mes gains .... aprés avoir envoyé tous mes documents on me demande un selfie de vivacité mdr !!! ok sauf que je ne peux meme pas acceder au controle .
J'envoye mail sur mail tous les jours mais la réponse est toujours la meme faire le controle de vivacité ... je ne peux pas je n'y est pas accés ? c'est le chien qui se mord la queue ils ne veulent juste pas payer ce qu'il me doivent !

am leaving this review to formally document a serious failure in responsible gambling procedures, not simply a customer service complaint.

I clearly and explicitly disclosed to your support team that I was experiencing gambling-related problems and was seeking help and immediate account closure. Despite this disclosure, I was offered free spins, and I was also advised that further deposits would be required in order to receive additional free spins. This was entirely inappropriate, directly contradicted my request for help, and should never occur once a customer has admitted gambling harm.

When a customer raises responsible gambling concerns, operators are expected to immediately prioritise customer safety, not attempt to retain activity through promotions or incentives. Offering free spins in this context raises serious concerns about whether responsible gambling obligations are being followed in practice.

I formally requested a written explanation and acknowledgment from Peter and/or Joy and set a clear deadline for a response today. That deadline has passed. No explanation, apology, or acknowledgment has been provided, nor has there been any meaningful engagement with the concerns raised.

Additionally, I was advised that I was entitled to a refund, yet there has been no confirmation, update, or processing of this refund. This lack of communication leaves me with no confidence that the matter is being treated appropriately.

As a result of the failure to respond within the timeframe given, I have no option but to escalate this matter. I am now raising this with the UK Gambling Commission, the operator’s Alternative Dispute Resolution provider (IBAS), and other relevant bodies. I have retained full records and screenshots of all interactions.

While I acknowledge that my account has now been closed, this situation should never have occurred. How an operator responds when a customer openly discloses gambling issues is critical, and in this case it represents a serious and concerning failure that warrants scrutiny.

This review is being posted as a factual public record after reasonable opportunities were provided for the operator to address the matter responsibly.
