I was confirmed by their agents that I used over £10,000 on this site.

When I asked about my cashback options I was told to check my account section, when I checked my account section there was nothing there so I was asked to send an email to support.

I asked for a gratuity bonus or a vip manager and I was told I have no vip manager and there was no bonus to give me.

This is no joke. Everyone who loses will be pissed off. True. But this site is obviously corrupt. It gives absolutely no chance to win anything. I just played £500 on £1 spin on same game.
