I would rate 0 stars if I could! I’ve been trying to get my withdrawal for 11 days and still nothing! I’ve sent bank details, card details and statements. Live chat keep asking me to email more information. Terrible company.

The absolute worst online casino I have ever played there's no way the slots on this site are random, absolutely awful stay well clear

No idea why so many bad reviews when it was perfect, put in around 500 and took out just over 1,000.

my most recent requested withdraw was around 2am 28/03 and got reviewed and accepted by midday 29/03 (instantly in bank)

I’ve been playing Casimba for a while now, maybe 18/24 months, it’s always been a bit hit & miss with winnings, but when I did win I was always paid out fairly promptly,
However a few weeks ago I had a small win, we are talking £140, which isn’t in my opinion a big amount, I attempted to withdraw, but I’d withdrew to my old bank account, they emailed me to request an alternative method, I replied with my preference & this was the last communication they had with me, I never got my withdrawal, contacted live chat who said the accounts team would contact me, & they never did, I emailed again a couple of days later… nothing back, i then started the complaints process, I have won a little since then~ withdrew no problem, went to log on today & they have closed my account! Absolutely furious, I could never recommend Casimba to anybody now, there are much fairer online casinos to go to,

Never Use This platform for gambling They Never Release Your withdrawals until you contact them and waste your time everyday

This company is bad my old card declined my withdrawal so now I've been waiting a full week for my withdrawal everyday I get told a different story its pathetic I have since added my new card and made two withdrawals why are they holding on to my 200 pound I don't get it

Stay well clear of this rip off company I recently won £200 pound but have yet to receive it.

I’ve emailed my bank details but yet to receive anything, they take your money with no hesitation put do not pay out winnings.
Reported to the uk gaming commission and they said they are investigating a lot issues.
Doesn’t look like this company will be around for long .

THEY MANIPULATED THE WITHDRAW DATES FOR WHEN I REQUESTED TO WITHDRAW MY WINNINGS , THEN THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND , THEN KEPT MY WITHDRAW PENDING FOR OVER 48 HRS , THEN I CONTACTED THEM AND ASKED WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG ,THEY REFUSE TO PAYOUT MY WINNINGS AFTER I WAGERED 35X MY DEPOSIT , CONFISCATED MY WINNINGS AND STOLE THE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT ! THEY TOOK 1900$ FROM ME CLAIMING ITS BONUS MONEY FROM A NO DEPOSIT BONUS , THEY ARE CROOKS !

They happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawal they won’t pay you. It’s a scam please don’t use this site.
I Spend £1200 they never asked for anything so cash out £228 I was asked to provide documents wich I did yet still they haven’t paid me my cash out although I am fully Verified on top of that they have closed my account. On their online chat all they say is please allow more time. Never had such a bad experience with any casino. This is just scam don’t recommend this site to anyone

Terrible company. Totally avoid!! After multiple deposits I finally won some money back. My account suddenly gets terminated and all winnings confiscated. Worst casino I have ever tried. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!!

This site is an absolute scam deposited no end amounts of money into the account but when it comes to the withdrawal they just keep fobbing you off , DO NOT USE THIS SITE you will not get your winnings!

I had been using this site over a year an honestly no complaints, til recently. I won large amounts and withdrew over course of two weeks in parts, as you can only withdraw a weekly limited amount, found on my third withdraw they sent email saying I can no longer use my bank as they claim my bank had the issue, to which they credited back into my casimba account, seemed strange as I had always used that bank for withdrawals. I then switched to another bank and have seen withdrawal has not been made and money is no longer in casimba pending? Curious to see if another email will be sent, and casimba account credited back again, which is pointless cause if I can’t withdraw then what the heck lol. So leaves me to wonder if this is their way of not paying out, even though over such a good course of time I previously had no issues with them. Gutted, time to quit I guess! lol

Been playing for a few weeks. Suspiciously low bonus wins compared to the same games on other sites, that’s when and if you actually get a bonus…will rip through your funds in no time. Avoid.

Hate when people join a site deposit a tenner then leave a bad review cos they didn't win haha. Its gambling!
Wins are rare people. House gotta win most of the time.
That said, im not too happy with casimba.
I'm on so many sites I usually can tell a bad one after a fair few deposits.
This one is TOO hard to hit the bonus round.
Bonus rounds don't guarantee a win (I've just had 300 plus spins to get to the bonus round and won €1.90, on another site)
But that's OK at least you're hitting the bonus rounds and feel like you have a chance
But theres No fun for your money at all on here as its gone in a few minutes.
Other sites although you may not win big, at least you get some fun outta your money
Can't comment on the withdrawal process as I've never won.
And I've a feeling on this site I never will. Seems dodgy to me
