Cash For Clothes Omdömen 

This was the worst experience of collecting clothes in Southampton I've had with any company by far. Collector/driver was extremely unprofessional and rude. Ignored any questions I asked and threw out neatly folded clothes onto the ground near the bins, calling it 'trash'. This man went on to take pictures of 1 or 2 items to conclude an entire suitcase of clothes was unacceptable and proceeded to pull them out of my hands when I picked them up. He then drove off not after insulting me and refusing to clean up any of the clothes he threw out on the ground outside. Service was even worse, refusing to address the issue and claimed nothing could be done about it. Terrible service.

I had the worst experience with danielle. I made an appointment and the scheduling was way off. Two days later I called asking what happened I was told today for sure. Over 400lbs of clothing was left in my front yard. We ended up giving it to people and children indigenous that is my people. Instead think twice before you call. My girlfriend said they showed up to her house with a hand held scale and was very unprofessional. At 10 cents a pound I'm sure the clothes are being sold for way more. It's not worth the argravation or stress support you local charities.

Went to Hull (Chamberlain Road) cash for clothes. The people were extremely rude, will never go back there. There was a forklift truck going backwards and forwards at very high speeds. Considering there were customers walking around it was very dangerous. Disgusting place.

I will never ever do cash for clothes again. Very rude women. Poor service. I did have a lot of bags. After a while the lady gave up and gave me good bags of clothes back because another customer turned up and I was told she didn't have time to look through the bags anymore. I was there first!!! What happened to "first come, first served". Bad luck Cash for Clothes because I had more clothes and it was even better stuff. I am now going to quite happily donate to a clothes bank.

Awful service I feel bad even giving pass by flyers, they do not give you money for the clothes you give

We completely wasted our time arranging a collection by Cash for Clothes. We are clearing out my mother in laws flat and have over 20 bags of good quality , spotlessly clean clothes to get rid of - too much for us to easily take to a charity shop. Cash for clothes agreed to call today to take the clothes . The man they sent round could barely speak English , pulled a couple of bags open and bellowed “old, old” while pointing to the rancid cheap nylon sports hoodie that he was wearing. We thought that he was telling us that his clothes were old but finally realised that he was saying that the clothes he had come to collect were too old and were not comparable to his cheap and nasty sportswear! We pointed out that most of the clothes were new or almost new and the majority were good brands (eg Jacques Vert, Planet, Windsmoor). He kept saying they were old and walked out. We were speechless by his unprofessional attitude and by his sheer ignorance. He didn’t even notice the two near new Burberry raincoats hanging next to where he was standing! The incredibly surly and miserable woman who arranged for the collection gave no indication that there was an age limit on the clothes they collected or that Cash for Clothes only takes new cheap sportswear rather than good quality, expensive clothing. We had a two hour wasted round trip.

So after sitting for hours waiting for him to turn up The guy was so rude and unprofessional rude wasn't even the word for it

Nothing was wrong with clothes instead he ripped all the bags open made a mess started shouting at me then started cursing me in his language (like I don't understand it)

Took clothes in to the shop in Wallsend, England. They give you pathetic amount of money for your goods. Give your clothes to charity.
DO NOT USE THESE.

The lady at the streatham vale one spends hours talking to her friend. Holding everybody up while he stands there and chats for HOURS. No exaggeration. He turns up in his pushbike and doesn’t move away even when others are waiting. Extremely slow service!

Been WAITING OVER A YEAR for payment. They DO NOT RESPOND TO CUSTOMER QUERIES. They HAVE NOT PAID. Feel like I'm a victim of crime. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE!.

Excellent variety and incredibly low price.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! These people are rip off merchants, give the clothes to charity.

Friendly atmosphere, always greated when arriving in store even when they are with a customer.

Nice to see that they only accept freshly laundered items and in excellent condition.

Seriously think hard before using never again for the pittence they pay I'll be going to the charity shop in future

Firstly let me start on the customer service which there isn’t any!! No matter what you put on the status on the emails which could range from medium to crictal it don’t mean a thing, secondly I understand the criteria for the clothing but to be told that every item wasn’t eligible seems abit dodgy to me seeing as some of the clothes hasnt been worn and there was a variety of sizes plus jackets and shoes, i really wish I read the reviews before I even sent my items I thought I was doing myself a favour using you to save me having to bring bags of clothes onto a bus , I really wouldn’t recommend to anyone, the only reason I have given 1 star and the only positive thing I have to say is for the people who came to collect the bag which was at a decent time and that the bag gets delivered to you quite quickly just a shame that customer support isn’t as fast

APC came to collect bag but didn't take it as they weren't sure where it was going to.
I contacted clothesforcash on 5 separate occasions varying the email from medium to urgent, not one response.
Will now get them sent elsewhere, as there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL with this set up.!
Bag sat on step for 2 weeks now in winter weather.

Went to cash for clothes Great Yarmouth and never again the man was so rude to us and just grunted at us, I took 6+ bags of perfectly clean clothes, just for him to inspect each item so carefully, didn't say a word to us just totally ignored us while sorting clothes we were standing in wet and cold outside no customer service at all, threw out half of our clothes for no reason at all we are totally shocked and couldn't believe it, never again are we using this this place we will take to charity next time at least they will appreachiate it, so all this waiting to find out its totals to 2 bags he won't take off good clothing and only to get £5 back rediculous never again

I sent a bag of perfectly good clothes and shoes for which I was expecting £15 as per their terms, it took three weeks for them to pay me £1.68.

Tried them in spite of poor reviews on money saving expert. As anticipated no money received. Emailed with no response. Called only to be put on hold and waiting for 30mins +. Rather waste time trying to ensure others don't fall into the trap...i was stupid to ignore reviews and got what i asked for!!

no complaints, just as I have with many of these types of companies. They want a high standard of used clothing. Personally I tend to go through allot of clothing and trends in the industry that I work in. So I either give the clothes to my friends or this way sell them on for a bit of cash.

Service was good, customer care was especially helpful whether through email of phone in answering any queries I had. all in all a good experience.
