First timer
The process was simple and the offer was fair. One minor issue with scheduling a pickup, which is a hired towing company. The company I would have like better communication when they where unable to make the scheduled pickup. The following day the towing company did a much better job communicating the estimated time of arrival. Overall a very good experience.

You guys gave me a great deal, and while I was considering other offers, I appreciated your reminders because they were not pushy like a lot of companies which you have to struggle to figure out how to unsubscribe. I also wasn't inundated with phone calls which I super appreciate.
My offer was very fair, the people I spoke to on the phone were very clear and answered any questions I had. Your driver arrived exactly at the agreed-upon time and was very pleasant and efficient and to care of everything without any issues. Overall a very easy interaction with a company I'd never even heard of before. I was looking to sell my car. I will definitely recommend you.

cashforcars.com is the way to go. in my experience selling my truck. the offer was for beyond fair. and the company is super easy super helpful to deal with right down to the man towing it away. that being said i highly recommend using cashforcars.com.

Tow company was terrible
The tow company took my van without calling or knocking on my door. Didn’t take the keys or title and didn’t leave the check. Went to their office and they were swearing and using bigoted slurs about gay people. Waited 30 mins for the guy who was bringing the check and he never showed up even after I called to set an appointment. You should rethink who you use for your towing services. The whole point in using you was for convenience. There was nothing convenient about this and could have gotten more money through a private sale. Very disappointed and disgusted.
