From the person on the phone that gave me the quote...to the 2 guys who picked up the car. They were all polite, friendly curtious and willing to answer all of my questions. They made the whole process very comfortable and easy.

Hastle free transaction. Clear and fair price. No haggling. One thing that can be better is to clearly explain various people/companies involved such as car bought by you, going to copart etc. Also try introducing e transfers instead of cheque.

The experience was seamless. I entered the information, received a quote for my car, accepted the offer and my car was picked up and I had a cheque in hand.

Wow this guy harassed me by calling over and over and over again showed up offered me 200 for my running 1500 series and then didn't show up when they promised, but then threatened me if I parked my other car near the truck they will tow that one too please guys, if you don't want your car to go missing all of a sudden don't use these guys

I contact cashforcars.ca to sell my 85 year old father's car. It was super easy from beginning to end. They were clear with instruction, fair with their offer and quick with the pick up. I highly recommend them.

Tow truck driver arrived without cheque and claimed there was no balance owing. Owner of the vehicle was a 65 year old woman who was alone, and felt very uncomfortable. Better communication between driver and dispatch would have ileviated an uneasy situation.

Rude businessman! Hung up on my face saying he had no interest in what I was saying. If you want to sell your car for less than $1000 don’t call.

Easy transaction, didn't try to haggle price when they picked up the car, cheque was for the amount we agreed on.

Basically fine dealing with company. The end pick up was not that well co-ordinated
Had to go to arrange the pick up the company who was to pick up car had no clue waited 2 days for them to contact me. Then went down myself to complete. One of the women there had no clue( maybe new employee) the other woman was great fixed problem picked up next business day. They paid like they said they would no problem.

Sold my old car and got a good deal after searching for 2 years. Other places either did not take it or offered very low and this place saved me.

The amount I received was more than I thought i would get, almost 4x's more than another wrecker offered. The only issue was with pickup. I had to call back and reconfirm agreed upon time and connect with tow truck company.

It was a good experience. Because there are a few players involved, email confirmation from the auction house would have been appreciated. Other than that, driver was great, Anthony was great… all good 👍🏻
