My daughter’s PS4 packed in just after Christmas. So I ordered a second hand ps4 off ChashMaxx. At first I was quite disappointed as the controller that came with the ps4 didn’t work, and the wire to charge the controller was very unhygienic, the controller wasn’t great either. I contacted ChashMaxx to make them aware of the controller issue and the wire via email and they have been absolutely brilliant about it & were apologetic. 3 days later I’ve received another controller and they’ve also given me a brand new unboxed charging wire. This was my first time ordering with ChashMaxx and I won’t hesitate to buy from them again as they have demonstrated their customer service is brilliant, and I’m more than sure I was just a little bit unlucky with my order and it’s not their usual practise.

Not happy, ordered a blu ray, didn't have the cover as advertised, feel ripped off!

Bought a phone off them and it said It was a Grade B , asked for pictures and the phone looked prestine almost new . I bought it and it came packed Great it could survive a hurricane. Fast delivery (Got it next day )

I’ve purchased several hundreds pounds worth of silver bullion from this company over the last few months. I must say I’m surprised that they haven’t got more reviews. I found them fast to process orders, accurate with no delivery issues. They also have an easy to navigate website and diversity of products. I must add that there was a slight issue with some bullion that had sold out and they offered an excellent replacement. Additionally when new stock of the bullion in issue came in they emailed me immediately as a complimentary gesture. I felt thoroughly well looked after! I will continue to use this excellent company for my bullion needs

Great company I bought an honor tab x9 I'm over the moon with it it said category B but it was in mint condition the packaging was bomb proof I will definitely buy from these guys again AAA+++
