Customer service was awesome and the clear protective casing for my Apple Watch ultra fits and works perfectly.

Some important features obviously for it to get the 5 rating I gave it… The sensitivity of the touch is great, I don’t have to “double touch” anything I’m doing on the screen. It definitely won’t fall off, it’s very secure. You do not need any screen protector. It doesn’t get foggy when you work out and sweat and it doesn’t look bulky or feel bulky, I mean if you get the ultra you want a big watch anyway right? It really doesn’t add too much size at all. You can change bands also if you want to, no issues having to take it off to do that. One thing I haven’t done is swim in it yet, although I don’t really want to take the watch in. Haha!

If you’re thinking about it, hope this review helps. You won’t regret buying it!

Love the case for my iPhone 14 pro purple and it’s safety features

I emailed about a case that lost its rubber around the camera area, I was asked to send photos and straight away was offered a replacement. I paid the shipping fee and now awaiting for a replacement.

Warranty Claim resolved within a few days. Quick response and action.

I had an amazing experience, I did have a 1-2 day delay in shipping but that was an issue with the post company not Casetino at all, I did email them in regards to this a before I realised it was the postage company and they still refunded the money I paid for express postage anyway which was lovely.
I absolutely love both of the cases! They are thinner then I expected them to be which is nice. My phone is the blue 12 pro max which is quite dark and the colours of the lavender case still look really bright and beautiful. The feather white case shows of the colour of my phone and makes it stand out more with the white outline. I love that the screen protector covers the entire screen, my old one had a big cut out at the top. It was also very easy to put on with the frame that is included, nice and straight with no bubbles!

I ordered a mobile case for my son, ordering was straight forward,I was kept up to date to when it would arrive, it arrived on the day that was allocated. The case was packaged with care and we are very happy with the quality and service we received.

i got delivered the wrong case, sent an email to support and no response.. case was fine but was the complete opposite colour.

Horrible customer service. They don’t respond to emails, or social media messages.

I got the neon sand case and it is awesome. It arrived super quick, it’s glow in the dark properties seem to last a really long time and the protection level is great. Oh and I can still use my wireless charger with the case on! I do have two small specs of dirt inside the liquid/sand section which is a bummer but you can only see them if you are really looking closely.

Service was very good. Unfortunately the courier (sendle) are absolutely terrible. My package took 10 days to get from Brisbane to the Gold Coast and with numerous attempts to contact I got no where.
