This company only has one star because there is no option for zero stars. Still waiting on an order I placed back in June 2021. Every time I try and contact them on Twitter, email, here they just don’t reply. I had a response to my first review on here and they pleaded them being a small company etc and that they will get a new one sent out asap. Still nothing. So I’m just coming on here reminding people they are a scam.

Case took way longer than expected, tracking systems were all wrong. When my case finally arrived they had sent it for the wrong phone and will not get back to my emails about it. I highly do NOT recommend!!!

Ordered case Dec 30 and it still hasn’t arrived. They won’t even answer when you contact them via email or text.

They dont even deserve the one star. I ordered a case for my iphone 12 since Dec 31, 2021 and the order is still has not shipped yet. I contacted them on Instagram and via email, no response. This business is a scam. Stay away from it! As someone who likes supporting small businesses, I had other options but decided to buy from them and it was a huge mistake.

Really bad, took 3 weeks for half the order and 8 weeks for the second half to come, and then they were the wrong cases and didn’t fit the phones. Really bad customer service, it said it was coming from America? But the shipping label on one parcel said UK so confused about where they’re based. Also had a small business sticker on it, but if this is someone’s business their customer service is terrible.

Shipping took forever. Ordered November 20, 2021…received on December 12, 2021, yet to be expected coming from China. Moon lamp looks cheap and I contacted customer service wanting to exchange/cancel an item before it was shipped and they just so happened to ship my items shortly after, still no response. My case was cute, only worth the price I received with a promo code.

Thank you casethatnow for my case. I got an I feel nothing case for my daughters new iPhone 13 and it’s great… a lot better than on the website! People should be more kind and lenient towards small businesses it takes time and growth. Keep going and ignore silly comments, love Gari x

Really poor! Ordered a case 7 weeks ago now, money has come out of my account for this purchase and I have received nothing. Tried to contact the company via email, Twitter and Facebook and no responses on any of the platforms. I can see that a lot of people are having the same issue…
Would not recommend buying from them…

Still yet to receive my order. I have been waiting for more than two weeks. Thought it would be nice to support a small business but I will not be ordering from this website ever again.

i had an email on the 7th of november saying my order has been shipped and it is still not here.. maybe the 2-3days should be changed to 2-3 weeks....

I places an order 2-3 weeks ago and I Still haven't received anything. I tried emailed them 3 times now about the package whereabouts but they haven't got back to me. I will definitely not buy anything here again. I'm so pissed because I really thought this was a good small company I could rely on when buying nice cases but is not the case

If i could give 0 stars I would … not only did my order take 3 weeks to come, I have emailed the company FOUR times and not had a single response. Not only this, but the item has come defected and in order to get it return you have to email them… so shock, email number five and STILL no contact back from them. Not only this but them trying to charge a ‘10% re-stocking fee’ for returns is ridiculous especially when items are damaged. Will NEVER shop here again, and by the looks of things I will never get a refund or a response…

It has now been well over two weeks since I placed an order with this company. I emailed customer service regarding the whereabouts of my order and have had no response, absolutely appalling. I have still not received my phone case. I will never shop at casethatnow ever again!

I ordered 3phone cases 4months ago from June and still haven’t received anything..I tried many times to contact them but their customer service was not the best..Completely disappointed..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered the white butterfly clear phone case, it came after 3 weeks only to be disappointed with it being too big for the phone. I bought it for the correct model, yet it’s somehow too big. Its the right height, but it is too wide and it falls off the phone without any resistance. I was going to put off putting any negative comments online, but after emailing customer services multiple times, enough is enough. They have been provided with all the photos they needed to issue a refund, yet i haven’t even had one response from them. Don’t recommend at all, unless you’re okay with spending a bunch of money only to be disappointed.

Saw that this brand had 50/50 reviews, so I took a gamble and ordered an acid marble case. It came in 5 days (not 2-3 days which was advertised). The case itself is not the best quality, it's more for aesthetic purposes. The material is quite thin and it doesn't really cover the phone well. The image cover is really pretty though. I don't think it will properly protect my phone. Disappointed with the quality, and the returns policy is ridiculous.

I ordered the acid marble iPhone case. Good quality, came in five days. Would order again
