It is very fake website and company I booked 1+1 pendent car perfumer rs 1048 on COD basis dated 25th feb 2023. But they delivered us facewash price 70rs.
Company given address sec 15 part 2 house no.691gurgson.and one email id.
I mailed them for complaint.one time they reply after that no response then I went to adress given. On that address there is family living.
Very big fraud company and web site.
Please keep away from this company

i had ordered for 3 mobile cases of 2422 rs and when i received the packet i found some face wash inside it of 70 rs , they scammed it clearly no response from the support team they simply con people and cheat them , cheaters i wish its owner who's a big scammer dies in a horrific accident

I wrongly ordered different item. There was no response from the email neither does their phone works. Pathetic organization.

One Star also not given them very big fraud website.I ordered pre-paid one plus mobile case on 30th October 2022 but till today didn't receive my ordered product or any update from them.I mail to them and they are not response my mail and I request through their website for cancel my order and refund my prepaid amount.they are not response my request till today.they are very big cheater to online costomer.now I prepare going to consumer forum against them. kindly my humble request all of online purchaser through case studio website please should not believe them they are big cheater

No doubt they cheat customer by giving high hopes.of.best services . The owner seems to have trained staff who know how to woo and send poor quality and wrong products . They switch off mobiles and don't reply . They use multiple name but same address . I am sure gst manipulation is going on and gst authority should take note of it

I have ordered mag safe wireless power-bank and charger for my I phone 14 Pro Max, but this website took my money and said there is no such transaction received by them when i am trying to get my order details. Scammers they are pls do not buy anything from this fraudulent website.

Case studio for mobile and iPad covers are totally fake. They sent me some cheap 500 rs cover for my iPad 12.9 whereas I had paid 2600 for one that was showing on their site. Sent it back to them now they say that we can’t send you that ( no reason given) can we resend the fake one. Their audacity.

ये कंपनी बिलकुल ही फ्रॉड है, ये वेबसाइट पर दिखाता कुछ है और डिलीवरी कुछ और करता है। return पालिसी नहीं है मगर गलत सामान भेजने की पालिसी है। चूतिया बनाता है। इसको नेगेटिव रिव्यु मिलना चाहिए। मैंने इससे S9+ का मैग्नेटिक कवर मंगवाया था जिसकी क्वालिटी घटिया थी और वो काम भी नहीं कर रहा था।

I ordered front and back magnetic cover for Samsung s22. The quality of the product was very bad. The cover broke in just one fall. It did not lasted for a week and also it was not taking fingerprint so it was useless as well. There is no option to attach image here else i would have attached the image as well.

I ordered a mobile cover, which looked so beautiful only website. But actually when I received it, it's a China made product very bad quality. They don't have return back policy so I can't return it now. I paid Rs 1200 for a china made bad quality, plastic mobile cover.

They sale cheap and low quality phone cover at exorbitant price. My cover lasted for a week and they refused to replace. Never buy from casestudio.

I found following issues with website.
1. After ordering i found that the product is available in open market for 30% less.
2. I wanted to cancel the product before even shipping, but the customer care said that cancellation is not possible. This is even without product being shipped.
3. I don't have a way to track my order and i don't know if they shipped.
4. I am not sure if i will get this product delivered.

Looks like a fraud company.

This website is pathetic, I have ordered a cover of 1500 and the quality was not even like 300 rs of product, now below is the response from Case studio - please do not even think to buy there are multiple options in the same price range - they are spending more onto cataloging and imaging rather than product quality - there is huge gap in image shown and the quality of the product.

I ordered an MagSafe battery pack .. got delivered duplicate product. Service is worst . Helpline dosent work ..

Ordered oneplus original charging cable, got a duplicate one. I paid almost thrice for the duplicate cable in the name of Original!

This is really a scam. I bought the Megsafe Charger which looks like a duplicate and they are rejecting the refund request. Do not ever order anything from this website.
