It took 1 month but it was worth it. Very good quality cases

The case looks amazing feels amazing and the delivery was fast too

My package has not been delivered and I need help locating this

The courier used has not even notifed me and sent the package back to sender

Phone case didn’t fit my phone even though I had bought the right phone case to the phone

The response and “assistance” to then try talk to them about the issue was HORRIBLE. I had emailed them, messaged in the shop app, and messaged on Instagram. I did get a response initially but the took one week to write “what’s the problem and we can help” but didn’t…

I actually quite like the design and feel of the case which I said that to them, but since no one was helping with my issue after multiple weeks of waiting for them to help I have gave up and is why I’m giving this 1 star.

J'ai eu du mal à faire confiance à ce site étant donné que je l'ai connu sur une pub instagram (où il y a beaucoup de dropshipping etc...) mais je me suis résolu d'abord à acheter la coque pour son prix et parce qu'elle avait l'air bien mais j'étais assez médisant en l'attendant. Mais quand je l'ai reçu, la qualité de la coque m'a ébahi, elle était tout simplement parfaite : couleurs magnifiques et conformes à l'annonce, léger relief qui ajoute une touche de qualité et qui est agréable en main, des boutons travaillés qui facilitent le changement de volume, épaisseur parfaite sur les côtés, cache sur la caméra sans lequel le petit carré rouge de mon téléphone aurait tout gaché. Par rapport au site, un désavantage : il n'y a pas énormément de choix, et un avantage : le choix des téléphones : je ne sais pas comment vous faites pour avoir autant de gamme de téléphone, mais ça m'arrange, étant donné que j'ai un iphone 12 mini (coque introuvable ailleurs)

Quality is okay, the buttons are sensitive to the cases and aren’t aligned perfectly. Received the wrong size for one of the cases and sent multiple emails to rectify matter but did not receive a single response. Changing my review as the customer service team finally got in touch with me after I had posted my negative review. Received the correct case in the mail. Thanks

Advertisment was misleading. They look decent but quality is definitely not worth the price. Could be worse though.
