I like my castle bro and it was working fine, and then when it wasn't working fine I went to customer support and asked for help. So far all I've gotten was a repeat of the same two emails one which says we received your email you will hear back from us and the second one says please send a video and pictures of the problem, which I have done twice now and all I did was get another email saying we got your email will we replying to you. I would say one would cost The Brew Works It's a Wonderful machine but when it doesn't work you're just out on a limb
I bought the Casabrew Essentials (the simpler model) and absolutely loved it, until I ran into a problem just after the warranty expired. I contacted the company to see if they could help me understand how to fix it, and they didn’t just help, they gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. In the end, I received a new machine, which is even better than the previous one.
For the price, you wouldn’t normally expect much, but trust me: if you love Americanos and lattes or cappuccinos like I do, just go for this brand. I can even make latte art with this machine. It’s a 1000 out of 10.
I purchased the Casabrews CM5418 Pro from Amazon as I travel for work and wanted my morning protein espresso drink just like when I’m home. The machine is very simple to use, has great features and is very compact to where it’s easy for me to take it with me on my work trips. When I began using it, I had an issue where when I knocked the portafilter to empty the puck, the double basket would fall out into the knock box, even though it was installed correctly. I called the Casabrews customer service line and left a message. I was pleased to receive a returned call within an hour of my message. I explained my issue and asked if this was not normal as my original espresso machine had the same style portafilter and this never happened with that one. My issue was escalated and within a couple of hours, I received an email saying it was not normal and appears to be a defective portafilter. The email asked for my mailing address as they would be sending me a replacement. Within a week, I received the replacement portafilter along with a replacement single and double basket. Glad to say the issue has been resolved and I’m thrilled with the service and support I received from Casabrews.
I should also say that the espresso produced from this machine is very good. I started off using Lavazza Gran Crema pre-ground espresso but have now switched to using whole beans that I grind when making my espresso
We bought our 3700ESSENTIAL about three months ago, and are absolutely delighted with the product. Super coffee every time. A couple of days ago, i couldn't get the portafilter to lock into place. An email to customer support received a response by return, asking for some details. Having given those, I got another immediate response. I had overfilled the filter - Duh!!!. I write this to describe their FANTASTIC customer service I received. I highly recommend the machine, too!
Not only am I very happy with my Ultra coffee machine and Tornado grinder which we both use daily, but I was delighted by the customer service after we initially had some issues after delivery. Exceptional company overall!
I purchased a casabrew coffee machine off of amazon.co.uk and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, after 3 months the milk frother started playing up and not working as it should, I emailed the customer service with videos ect and explained the issue. within 12 hours, I had a helpful response. They had sent suggestions on what I could try to do to fix it and said if it didn't solve the issue they would refund me or replace the coffee machine. I think we established it was just a machine fault; I got a refund within 24 hours of my first email. I chose to get a refund as I wanted a different model of the casabrew machine ( more advanced one ). I cannot fault their customer service at all... they're so helpful and friendly. Also, excellent machines and great coffee!! :)
I had to send an email to the customer service department as our new coffee machine had developed an issue. Within 24 hours we had the issue sorted out without question and they had gone above and beyond without doubt.
I have never experienced customer service like this and i'm 60 years old!

I can not recommend Casabrews enough. This company is fabulous. Love their products. And their customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company. Their espresso machines are the best. The quality, attractiveness, everything about the espresso machines is quality. JoJo(support team) who was at hand to help was kind,polite and so very helpful.
