Zero stars!!! Rubbish products, all falling apart already. The chopping boards are so sharp they have sliced my fingers open.Then they fight you and try and tell you that you have done something wrong. Plus they want you to pay to return the faulty product.

DO NOT USE THIS CHEAP NAST RUBBISH FRAUDULENT COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!

They sent me the wrong product but I must pay shipping to return it and it can take 70 days to get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF you need to return an item, you must return to overseas business, assume the cost, and can take weeks. If you want to return to them, you only get 15% back. It is a scam business to get your money.

Quite a surprise when I wanted to return an item. One can get a small percent credit or return it to China and pay the cost of shipping. Avoid this company at all costs.

Sadly I failed to check this company out before ordering and whilst the item arrived reasonably promptly it proved to be too tall for my space and then as reported by others the fun starts with them making it almost impossible to return anything and get a refund. Once bitten twice!!

I purchased two storage carriers from Casa and Beyond for £49. They arrived extremely poor quality - similar to shopping bags purchased at the supermarket check out,for the value of £1-2. I have requested to return the items and Casa and Beyond make the returning of an item that is vastly misrepresented on their site as the fault of the customer. The process of returning an item is made impossible at Casa and Beyond. The returm address, you have to request by email, they then want photos and descriptions. They do not share the return address after all information given.They then refuse to accept the return on the poor quality and misrepeesentation and offer a 15% refund or the money you have paid or return it to China for a 70 day return system for which they have no responsibility for. Therefore making it near on impossible. This is a very poor quality company/customer service. The worst I have experienced. This is my first time of leaving a review but the misrepresentation by this company should not be allowed.

USA customer here, hoping to help others avoid this awful company.DO NOT buy from this company. Their customer service and return policy is awful if something goes wrong. They will insist on you sending them pictures of your item, then congratulate themselves on managing to send you what you ordered and think their job is done. Will offer a 10% refund if you fight for it and will hide behind the cost you will incur by sending item back to their warehouse in China. So their business model to do business internationally becomes your problem because of costs of returns. For an item they will agree does not meet standards for daily use. I did finally get them to 35% but took way too many emails. Stay away at all costs, this company needs to wither away on the vine. Horrible standard of customer care, bare minimum effort only.

Delivery was delayed by well over a week. Upon ordering, I could not find the country of origin, which turned out to be China. I live in California. The delay was not a big deal. However, when I lifted the package from my front porch, I thought there was no way a three-piece bath mat set could be inside. It was unbelievably lightweight. Upon opening the package, I found each of the three pieces to be very thin and flimsy. I just now emailed the company, writing that I doubt the mats will withstand more than a few washings. There are loose fabric threads on each of the mats. That too would not be a big deal if the mats were not of such poor quality. The company describes the mats as “Luxury Velvet.” Ha! I’m certain the mats will end up in the trash in a short matter of time. Update: I put one mat in front of my bathroom sink. Upon stepping on the mat, it slips/slides too easily. All three pieces are going into the trash today. I feel ripped off.

I purchased a queen quilt set plus lace curtains. It took ages to arrive.
I'm sorry it did. I paid over $300 for my item.

The quilt set is not sage but bright apple green. The supposedly ruffle is a dreadful yellow and not a ruffle at all. Just cheap fabric with a couple of pleats.

The fabric is cheap and thin. I could have purchased the same quality from Kmart.

The curtains are a cheap disaster. They obviously ship directly from China with no quality control.

If they are going to sell cheap nasty tat then they should price accordingly.

I will save up again and repurchase with a more authentic retailer.

It took quite a while to get here. When I finally got it and took it out of the bag it smelt awful. I expected to put it on my double bed so I got the largest size but as I washed it very carefully it has still shrunk a bit. Muslin. Looks nice and is soft but not much used to me now. Very disappointing.
