Quick shipping, excellent packaging, and the vinyl wrap appears to be of high quality. Beautiful, deep, glossy color that matches the online listing and it’s pretty easy to work with as well. It’s slightly on the thicker side but I was still able to wrap my door handles without struggle.

Very communicative, responsive and accommodating. Before I made my final decision on a color I had many questions and concerns. This company communicated with me for several weeks via email (my choice). I never had to wait for a reply. I received every reply in a timely manner. Furthermore, I needed a size larger than was offered. They contacted the manufacturer for me who ensured I would receive the same dye lot for both pieces (rolls). And the color was spot on, exactly what I was expecting and wanted! I can't wait to get this on my truck!
I fully support this company, they're practices, procedures and professionalism. They go above and beyond and do what is right. Which leaves the consumer feeling more at ease with such a purchase. I'm happy with my choice.

I'm writing this review in regards to the wrap I have purchased from you or through you. As you may already know I have been displeased from the start with the product not being the appropriate measurements as listed on your website but that's not what this is about so we won't go there. Despite my reservations based on previous issue I really love the color and wanted it done and so I began the process of stripping the old wrap off and taking a day and a half to properly clean the car ançd prep it for the new wrap. I should mention I've wrapped more than 50 cars, trucks, bikes, interior trim even rims and have thousands of training hours and hands on time so I really hope you don't revert straight to improper installation and direct me to your "training videos".
So now the area I'm going to wrap is clean dry and dust free. Red flag right away..... as I'm peeling the backing material which is not paper off, because of how rigid it is the clear protective layer is peeling off at the same time, not at all what u want to see or have to deal with. Second red flag is this product is NOT!! air release technology at all nor is it bubble free. You can have bubbles no larger than your thumb and with Air release all u do is push the bubble away and it's gone, not with this product, if u want the bubble out u either push it to an edge or peel the wrap all the way back to where the bubble is which is ubsurd. Lastly is the lack of adhesion or week adhesive properties when glossing out a panel you tack down a small section of wrap to the car that acts as an anchor for to pull and "glass it out" with very little effort when pulling in the wrap it immediately becomes unstuck which can become problematic very fast but it's something that can be worked around. Which brings me to my last and final issue that cannot be worked around aside from plastering crazy glue along every single edge (not going to happen). I've tired every method possible even applied 3m primer 94 as a last resort or hail Mary and nothing will keep the edges from peeling back and I mean I can deal with the incorrect size, the protective layer coming off when u remove the backing I can even work around the bubbles that just won't go away but not being able to keep the wrap tucked and edged because the adhesive is of poor quality or spread too thin or whatever manufacturing issue it is, is just something I'm won't and can't deal with.
I will provide photos to show the edges not staying stuck some images are from the wrap sitting over night and have completely peeled back and others are just mere minutes and hours after being applied and already showing signs of separation. The full 5x60ft roll is untouched and I will ship it wherever, I've used a portion of the separate 16ft roll obviously and will eat the cost of that. I ask politely as a very very very unsatisfied customer for a full refund of the purchase price for X D050 5x60ft roll which I believe is $837 and I will be satisfied. I do not want a replacement roll or anything, I just want my money back and I will send the roll back.

One of the products I ordered ended up being out of stock, but I got a call and we choose a similar color that I liked. They gave sent me some extra material and expedited the shipping for the inconvenience. The material arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. They were also very helpful when I had questions. Excellent service and I will order from them again.

I was impressed with their technical knowledge and helpfulness when I called in before my purchase. Shipping was timely and the product excellent. I used it as recommended and watched some youtube vids from pros and it worked out. Without knowing ahead of time how to apply the vinyl it may have been a disaster. It is not hard to do, but have to know how to do it there is def. a technique involded. Thank you!

I was happy to find the wrapping silver I was looking for, however, I didn't realize it would take 20 days to actually receive the package once I placed (and paid for) the order. I could've let that slide, but I opened the skinny tube it was shipped in and the entire piece of 5' x 5' material is damaged with wrinkles. Thank goodness I only need a single 2" stripe, 4' long. I was able to cut it between the damaged areas.

I had being watching a guy on you tube for a couple of months who was in Canada, and and the vinyl he used looked and worked amazing. Decided to take the plunge and found car wrap supplier, wow, what a mistake this was! They claim all their vinyls are from Canada on their website, but once my money had passed to them they seemed to think it was OK to order the same item from China. I questioned this via email and was told they had only recently started selling this item and hadn't updated the website yet? Also they think its better than the Canadian in their tests? Don't know how you can test the longevity and quality over time if you recently started selling it? Customs fees and a couple of days later it arrived. Delivery was speedy and item was undamaged, also have to say it looks amazing. Tried to use it but did not work as stated, the tac is impossible to work with, it rips after a couple of repositions and if you use a tiny amount of heat from a heat gun it shrinks like a supermarket sausage ona BBQ! I have found similar crap from China on ebay, 18m for around £160, these jokers cost me just over £600 with shipping for the exact same rubbish. If you do buy, be warned, if you complain and you feel ripped off as I do (false advertisement generally leaves a bitter aftertaste) your credit card company will not be very sympathetic as they sold you a similar item 🤬 if the website had said "from China" would never had ordered. Avoid at all costs

They bought it from Amazon and shipped it to my house using Amazon shipping. Do yourself self a favor just buy from Amazon your self or another website.

UPS lost my package and they second day FedEx a new one. Great customer service.
