CarVIO Omdömen

I suppose if it functioned as advertised then I could compare offers. Entered my info online, quickly got a phone call and repeated the information all over again. Got a text and had to repeat it all again via text. Got an email and had to repeat it all again in an email. Seriously. Then never responded to inquiries or followed up. Big waste of time. Decent, clean, no issues sale that would have been ~$17k - $21k, so should have been an ideal scenario for them.

I sold my car to Carvio in May. I was never given a bill of sale and have not been able to get anyone to respond to inquiries on how to get one. My car was sold at auction and the new owner is using my Vanity plates so I received a toll bill for a car I sold 4 months ago. None of the customer services numbers accept incoming calls and no response to multiple emails. I also tried to talk to a sales rep since that is the only people who will respond to you however they will not give contact information for anyone who can help. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to reach out and give me a copy of the bill of sale and NOONE will answer me!! I am at the point of filing a stolen vehicle and BBB complaint.

Worst company ever, do not sell your vehicle to them as they will give you the lowest prices around. The checks in times will not be ready when they pick the vehicle up and in case they will drop the amount offered on pick up. They will also not respond to the messages or calls when you call about this situations.

Worse company, they lie about how they can give you the best prices but they want to pay $25 usd for a good working and running vehicle.

Do not trust this company. Ian Smith, one of the associates, hired cheap labor by employing undocumented Mexicans to work from home under the table. Once he made good use of them, he would go on to fire them without any notice and had no concern about actually paying them what they were owed. He is also the owner of LotBlok Inc. Karma will catch up with you sooner or later, “Boss Man.”

The best experience for my first time ever

Got sent an offer and signed the offer and returned it. They confirmed the offer and then sent a text saying they could not longer accept the offer but would check back the next day... the next day they sent back an offer for 1/4 of the original offer value! What a SCAM!!! Glad I found WeBuyAnyCar.com instead, they were honest, upfront, communicated well, AND offered more than the original offer from SCAMvio (CarVIO). Be careful with this company!!!

Eduardo did a fantastic job from start to finish!! I wouldn't hesitate using service again. Thanks!

Andy worked well with me to make my car for cash experience easy. He was easy to communicate with and quick to execute on getting my car towed away for a check in hand

Every step was handled professionally and with excellent customer service along with the best price for my car compared to all other offers I received. I highly recommend Carvio.

I called CarVIO and Bianey was the one who helped me all along the way. Very helpful, attentive, and guided me throughout the whole process.
The car was picked up as scheduled and I was delighted that everything went smooth as we discussed. Thank you Bianey and CarVIO for making this one less worry for me! Mr Valdes

My experience with Aline and CarVio was easy and I'm very impressed with her customer service. Aline your boss is lucky to have you. You made it easy and your attention to detail s outstanding.

Joe Martinez went above and beyond for me. He helped make everything go so smoothly. Highly recommend him. Would give him a raise and a Bonus if I was in control of payroll.

Carvio offered the most money and the process was straight forward and easy. I highly recommend them to sell a car.

This transaction went smooth. Joe Martinez was helpful and thorough. Got more money than was offered thru other sites. The towing arrangements went well. Would recommend.

Bianey was super helpful and walked me through the whole process. Overall a very positive experience selling my old car, a 2007 Civic. I sent photos & info, got a reasonable offer and a few days later a tow truck came by to take it away. Payment for keys & title.

Excelente servicio!
Bianey mi representante estuvo en comunicación continua conmigo para agilizar el tramite necesario.
Se los recomiendo.

We had a very positive experience selling our "dead" car on carvio. Kevin, our rep, was very helpful and attentive, because of his help we were able to start and finish the process in just two days. The process was easy and we got much more $$ than we expected.
