Awful customer service
Awful customer service, rude staff members, just utter lack of respect for anyone. The older "man" threatened to hit me (female 21) told me he's got every right to hit me. It's just disgusting. Would not recommend in the slightest. Family run business but not very family friendly.

This is an attempt to defame a reputable company, one known for our top-notch customer care.
The spin on this story is highly deceitful. The reality of the situation, backed by our CCTV evidence and a police report, clearly indicates that the person you were accompanying was attempting to illegally sell a car, with outstanding finance and negative equity, to our dealership. Upon being asked to leave, you held the door shut and verbally abused our staff members. Frankly, it's just disgusting. We had no choice but to call the police to escort you from the premises. Once law enforcement arrived, you attempted to spin a harassment case against whom you refer to as 'the older man', to which the police investigated after reviewing the camera footage as being entirely baseless. We would not recommend coming onto a review platform to spew obvious lies about our dealership, considering there is clear evidence of A) No one threatening to hit you and B) You verbally harassing our staff members, causing them emotional distress.
Your review clearly breaches decency guidelines based on Hate, Violence, Gender Discrimination, Racism and Defamation. We have raised our concern with Trustpilot who will be investigating this review.
You are kindly requested to delete this review as our company operates at very high standards. We would never allow such a travesty (like that you had fabricated) to occur on our premises. As a dealership with over one thousand five star reviews across platforms, it makes zero sense for our staff members to behave so crudely towards you.
We hope you will take a positive step towards deleting this review.
