Bought a car from Carvender. Unfortunately, upon pre- inspection checks something was found. Qumer let me know about the issue, and was good to explain options and next steps. In the end I decided not to go ahead with the purchase and my money was back in my bank within hours.

Very easy car buying experience
Very easy car buying experience. I made an appointment to test drive and the car was all ready to go. All the documentation was shown to me and everything was in order. We agreed that the car would be delivered as and that was exactly as agreed… they even bought me a box of chocolates. Great experience.

I recently bought a car from Carvender online and sadly the day after delivery the car died. Navid at Carvender was very sympathetic and arranged for the car to be picked up and returned to their premises. Shortly after the full amount was refunded with no quibbles. Even though it was all quite a stressful experience I can't fault Carvender and compliment their professionalism and adherence to their word.

I recently purchased a Kia e-Niro from Carvendor, and the service was excellent from start to finish. This was my first time buying a car online, and I was naturally a bit hesitant, but the process was absolutely flawless.
The car is exactly as described and runs like a dream. Communication was great throughout the entire journey, and the delivery fee was very reasonable. I also traded in my old vehicle; the part-exchange was completely hassle-free with no quibbles at all. To top it off, the car was even delivered with a box of chocolates! I can’t recommend them enough.

Brilliant customer service
I needed a new (used) car and found one online through autotrader at Carvenders dealership in Epping. I would have preferred something more local to me but the reviews for the dealership looked very positive, unlike some others I'd looked at, so I reserved the car online and booked a test drive. I had found the whole business of finding a suitable car within my budget very stressful but as soon as I met Qumer he was so helpful and reassuring, he had all the information about the car to hand answered any questions I had and I felt absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. It can be quite difficult to find a dealer you have confidence in but I would recommend this one 100% , I've actually passed their details onto one of my neighbours who's looking for another vehicle. Lovely relaxed experience
During the sale, Qumer was very patient and non of the usual salesman pressure. He is very organised and took his time to walk me through the paperwork. He was also very fair in his part exchange price, I had taken very good care of my car and he acknowledged and priced very fairly. His after sales service is very good and always available to assist.
